Cannon Defense
 

Igor would like to start a Cannon Defense group. Igor say this demanding mini game might not give the any regular Rep however the useful and famed cannon rams start coming fast and furious after wave 50. Igor say however it is best to play with four knowledgeable pirates. Igor would like to know if anyone is interested in this kind of training or gaming.

Igor say aye mates. Igor get most of good runs Saturday nights as most pirates can stay on late then. Igor is also know to be on live in one form or another all Saturday night long :D

Igor give a couple simple PC tips:
-PC needs to be cleaned up and spyware free as these issues causes lag
-CD is very graphics intensive so resetting your graphics to low will help
-Best not to be running other applications to lessen boots from the mouse
-Don't have to go anywhere as the record run took five hours straight Igor say get a drink use the bathroom and buckle up because its going to be a bumpy ride

I can only play on the weekdays, not allowed to play POTCO on weekends =(
I am always on after school at around 3 pm to at night (10pm) pacific time.

When are you guys doing it? since I dont know when my teacher might throw a jumbo of homework. I'll join in if I can the day that you do it. My pirate name is Ben Ironmartin.

I'm on your friends list, so you can just give me a whisper and I'll be right over! I've never made it past wave.... 22 or so myself, but anything for a famed cannon ram!

Igor say just to try an easy week day, Igor ask let us try 9 pm est Fragilles server Port Royal Dock. Igor thinks Port Royal Cannon Defense the easiest spot to return from after getting the boot. Igor say Igor will help many day and many times.

Hmm I might not be the cannon defense person but im going to talk to Johnnyjojo. Hes one of my friends and plays cannon defense alot. ;)

Igor say it is pretty random in its giving, Igor say however the rare and famed usually start being a reward after wave 32 :D

I might be able to join. When I was doing it solo I got to lvl 21. With help of 3 very good cannoneers I got up to lvl 67. I would like to come and join with you guys.

I joined with Igor twice and he was awesome, but both times we lost early because Igor's system kept crashing.

I finally had it happen to me the other night... took my system TOTALLY down too... it happens.... and if it does during a three hour session, all that time is wasted. Disney really should never have started down this road...

Rannulf says he wants to gun with Igor, if Igor will have Rannulf!

Just give Rannulf a date, time server and fort will try to make it!

Igor is working with D to find some kind of solution to the crashes. Igor say so far here are some tips for lasting longer before crashing:
1 set all graphic to low and enable aggressive memory conservation
2 reset POTC right before starting your cannon defense run to empty any cashe
3 run disk clean up and disk defrag before long cannon defense runs

Igor will live chat with D today to see if any other solutions can be reached !!!!

Igor says Hello mate. Igor certainly hopes you can make one too, Igor like to svs too mate and Igor tell you nothing is as good as a Revenant cannon ram for never running out of furies. Igor as amassed a collection of cannon rams for every occasion. Igor say all but one that Igor want, that is the Explosive ram Igor never had any luck with that one.. Igor still try though !!!

Igor want to warn any Cannon Defender: recently having an active potion when entering cannon defense will cause a glitch that will make it so you can not see your shots this will make any run a complete nightmare for the defender.

Finally got to play with you guys today, and I got some great cannon rams.

Oooooh.... I could use that Revenant Ram. Furies are my thing.

Furies are nice, and unlimited is even better. I got it after we lost, at wave 61.

Hmmmm they already changed the look of the revenant ram. Doesn't it look like it was showing the ram backwards in my older picture?

In the old picture it doesnt even look like a ram! lol glad they fixed it.

So, when a trading system comes out how much you want out of that ram? :laughks2:

Sorry mate, its not for sale lol, that is unless I find another one. Then i'll give it to ya for a low price. I did find all my good rams from cannon defense, though. I suggest playing with Igor, he is amazing and you'll end up with a few rams.

I actually tried to get there but I was turned away at the door. Still full at almost 9 PM. Sounds fun. Sorry I missed it.

It has been SO long since I last logged on to live, I still had an hour of double rep from Father's Day. I messed around shooting Raiders until the hour dried up.

Igor say the first time slot of 3pm was a great success . Igor say how ever we only have 12 spots on one server . Igor will try to continue to organize the 6pm event. Igor ask anyone a little late just check each CD point as all should have crews running them.

it was awesome it was seagul , titanic another person and igors wifes but when she left it all went down hill but i got a famed wool cannon ram it has critical chainshot and chain shot boost +2 not the best but still famed gonna do this again next time this was from the 9PM one in padres

Igor say aye mate many pirates looking for the Revenant Cannon ram, Edward will be the first to tell you mate that it takes a lot of practice and some good luck to get one of these fabulous rams. Igor say but take heart as it was only on wave 58 that Edward was able to get his favorite new ram, Igor didn't get his first rev ram until wave 80. Igor has even had some pirates declare that they had gotten it in wave 32 so keep firing those cannons mate and the rev ram will be your one day as well !!!!!

Igor say there is always more Cannon Defense mate!!!! Igor say right now Igor is trying to work with Disney and some cannon defense PC geniuses to fix the Crashing problem. Igor also like to say a lot of :witch:Halloween:witch: events this weekend so Igor is thinking more for the first Saturday in November. Igor say when you get to go 75 waves without crashing and helping a lot of people learn how to play along the way. Igor wish everyone could have stayed till the end but thank you everyone involved.

That is a nice prize to be after Igor! That Iron Priming Ram looks like it will sink anything it wants and a few thigs it does not xD. If you ever need help mate and see me on I will be happy to assist you =D.

Woot! me first run in this group is tomorrow at 6:00.who else is coming with us igor?

P.S any tips on manning banknotes? one time, i was managing it so bad, i had explosive but all i could afford was mines, but i was still a monster with round shot and mines.

When is the next event?

Igor,. i got iron priming ram and master gunner for normal plunder,. cannon defense didnt give it as prize.

Time to retrain and get explosve back with it max that ram will make ships sink in a jiffy.

Woot cant wait to sink some of those bandits again! I'll try to join at 7pm (10pm est) if there is space.
