Winners of the Strongest Guild Competition
 

From August 10 - August 24, guilds from all over the Caribbean competed against one another for the exclusive title of "Strongest Guild". With Pirates showcasing their skills and working hard to make their guilds famous, August's competition was nothing short of fierce.
A big thank you to all the guilds for participating! It's great to know that the Caribbean is filled with outstanding guilds that never shy away from danger. Thank you again to every guild that participated in this competition!

And now, the moment we've all been waiting for. The winners for Strongest Guild Competition for August 2010 are:

Most Skeletons Defeated - SPANIA defeated 412,813 Undead!
Most Navy/ EITC Soldiers Defeated - SPANIA defeated 283,909 Soldiers!
Most Ships Sunk - ETERNAL WARLORDZ sank 21075 Ships!

Congratulations, Spania and Eternal Warlordz! Your guilds emerged triumphant in the fight against the forces of Jolly Roger and Lord Beckett!

As winners of the Strongest Guild Competition for August 2010, the Pirates Online Crew will be e-mailing guild members of Spania and Eternal Warlordz special edition desktop wallpapers. These desktop wallpapers are unique in that they are custom designed to commemorate the victory of both guilds.

Good job that most ships picture looks cool!

It is truly an honor to get this award from my friends at Disney and POF. My guild, Eternal Warlordz worked very hard to get this award. We went through alot of drama and hardships along that 2 week span but fought right through it. Eternal Warlordz is truly a strong guild with many dedicated, loyal , trustworthy mates. I am honored to serve as a guildmaster to you guys, its a truly amazing experience. I would like to give a special thanks to Jessie, Kat Crestshot, Big Kab, Charles Stormpaine, Captain Alsmith Edward, Dead Nite, Dark Fire, Charlotte Goldcastle, Tom Shiprat, Minamato Muyashi, Tayseth, and most importantly... Molly O'hara.

I would like to congratulate Eternal Warlordz for their success, and also Brave Gladiators for the hard battle and we have a lot of respect for you. Here at Spania all our members and officers who showed the true Spania Spirit and that is not about us as individual members but is about the the guild.

I would like to dedicated our triumph to our friend Esmeralda Warkidd/ Shane. She be a great and legendary pirate who helped us out last year in this competition without questioning and she truly a best friend. I would also like to dedicate our success to all the great members and officers that fought up until the the last second. I won't say any names since they all deserve this recognition and I could leave out some names.

And I would also take time to congratulate all the guilds who ranked in top 10 of each category, they invested time, they invested effort

I am GM for the Wrath of Ravens guild. We came in the top ten in the EITC and Navy Soldiers killed category, and I couldn't be more proud of my guild! They worked hard and they dedicated their every minute on the game to stay on that list. Our guild is 2 months old and I can tell you we are very proud to be there! Cheers!

Thanks for posting your reward shots. I was wondering what it was gonna look like. Congrats to all the winners!!!!

I also want to say congrats to the Dark Archive, a guild in which I am first mate. I am SO PROUD of their efforts. They worked hard and fast and pulled together like never before. :13_1_213:

I am also proud of BBK - way to go mates!! I know I wasn't there for much of it but I am proud to be a part of such an awesome guild!

And to McRaging, me home away from home - you ladies and gents never cease to amaze me. For such a large guild it is a treat to watch everyone pull together with a singular mind and purpose.

I am proud to say I am a member of these guilds and all of them in the top 10. Congrats to all the guilds who participated - even if you did not make the list, just having a singular sense of purpose - and the collaborative effort that goes into that - it part of what makes this game fun.

Congratulations to all who participated, won, & placed in the top guilds!! Quite an achievement!
