Ah.. did we lose the player page?
 

I went to pirates online, clicked 'community' and didn't see the player page. Please tell me they moved it and didn't delete it. ( sniff! )

Hm, just went to check it out. They changed the dynamic of the leaderboards as well. And the directory. Dunno. We may have

click leaderboard....they changed it, u can now see it from there

nvm I found it.. just click on the 'my page' tab at the top and u can log in there.

I like how we can now check stuff there without DXD.

Edit: Oh WOW this looks good, they changed the leaderboard page too, to similar to DXD.

They added stuff like weapon skill points, i have no idea whats that.

I'm missing something, I still can't find the player page for pirates. I can find the leader boards and directory but not all the other info that could be found there.

Yeah, I saw this last night. I think its better because DXD had more loading time. :)

Hmm... I am not a regular DXDer so I wouldn't have known! Lol

Grr I liked the way it was before! I dont know my DXD password let alone my user login >_< Before they CHANGED IT I could log onto the pirates website, go to player page, and it would automatically sign me into DXD.

i thought it still did that i havent been doing DXD in a while so i havent really checked haha but i think the sign in stuff is the same as if u were signing in to the game if i remember right haha

I thought dxd password was the same h]as our regular POTC account.

Nope, did that and it doesnt work... I'll figure out the password so no worries.

When you posted that, it still worked for a day. Now it really REALLY is gone.

The new directory does not show linked pirates. Some pirates I've looked up, do not appear at all in the new directory. The new leaderboard widget does not have the guild comparison thing working (to see where guildmates placed on daily.) Players with no assigned D-name (e.g. guest 123456789) are not searchable at all. Not sure what other features don't work; those are just the initial things I see that are wrong.

I do, however, like this trend; the overbearing heavyweight DxD page was never a pleasure to visit, nor were the commercials on it. The new pages are a breath of fresh air (comparatively.) So I'll keep my fingers crossed, that they'll get the rest of the features working with the new leaderboard & directory, now that DxD as we knew it, is really gone.

I'm just upset that now we can't see the weapon levels and all that jazz with the player page on the main site.

HA, nevermind i figured it out. You have to click their name after you search them in the directory.

I agree with Ed here. With this new ' feature ' there are a few missing things. I miss A LOT the seeing linked pirates on their account because that was very helpful if I was trying to guild somebody and I wanted to see what guild they're in with alts. Or if they made a new pirate and weren't allowed in with there first. This was VERY useful to me.

And now just like the old dxd site this one hasn't been updating either. So to me it is not much of a fix to anything.

Ok I've been playing around with it a bit. If you have their member name/number you can still see all their pirates but you have to sort through thousands of pages of names. It's a real pain, but you can see all their pirates and the guilds they are in. I like some of the changes but others are just a pain. The search feature didn't work for me.

I've only been able to do that for players with "approved" D-names; players with "Guest123456789" cannot be searched at all. Is there some trick you are using?

It looks like even the new "Directory" thing hasn't been updated in over a week. Guild lists not even close to actual guild roster, pirate levels not updating. But clothing changes to pirates are up to date?

I'm not so sure about this, but pirate outfits seem to update as they change (or at least multiple times throughout the day). I know a while ago I viewed the player page, and had one outfit on. Later in the day I viewed it again, and it was different.

Even if that isn't the case, during the time in which the leader boards were down for months, outfits were always up to date.

well no, Ed.. like you I have been unsuccessful finding those with guest #. Just those with personalized D names. Still trying tho. If I figure it out, I will post it on this thread.
