What do you think of POTCO's graphics?

Poor, Decent or Great graphics? Don't know for sure?

there great but not like "OMG THESE R AMAZING GRAPHICS!!! :h-eek:!!!" there pretty great for disney also.

munkey458 10-15-2007 12:56 PM

I'll go as far as to say they're better than I was expecting lol
I gotta say great because of that. I really don't mind the graphics per say, just as long as the game is good enough for me to keep playing and it definately is. Been looking for a good online Pirate game for awhile now.

I voted great. I did this because, it's an online game, it's going to look "blocky" shaped a little bit. But overall it's pretty good. Way better than I expected.

I think they are way better than I thought they would be (considering its Di$ney) They are actually using their money for this game. They are also better than other games that have so-so graphics.

EERaider 10-15-2007 09:25 PM

I vote yay to great

Ar, these be some mighty fine graphics mateys. For the amount of people the server can hold, and the amount of time put in to make this thing work. I say phenominal. For a free (1 version anyway) online game, you cannot ask for much more, this games got it all. Definently an A at least that.

These are some mighty fine interesting reviews here. I would consider POTCO's graphics Great because of all my graphic options set to high. With shader level 4 on, it makes the ocean water and shading on the character look beautiful. It also makes the water reflect everything around it when reflections are on and it also looks pretty realistic as well. Rendered shadows looks okay, but doesn't "render" properly on the ground. Overall, Disney is taking good use of their Panda engine unlike Toontown which only took use of fog. When setting POTCO's graphics to the lowest, it looks like [crud].

Eve' Gents.

I can't say I neccesarily disagree on any particular point, I definitely am suprised at the efforts made to such an open-ended game, though can't say I'm as enthusiastic about them either. I vote decent. :happy8:

They look good =P

I think they are ok and run well on my x700 mobility :)

The_Farmer 11-02-2007 06:15 PM

They looked very good from my perspective. I think Disney did a real good job on this one! :skull:

Annabelle 11-04-2007 02:38 PM

They look good, not the best I've seen, but decent enough. :)

Goldfish 11-04-2007 05:45 PM

Not horrible, but decent and playable.

DKpirate 11-05-2007 05:08 PM

Decent

I'm satisfied with the graphics. The game is fun, and I'm enjoying myself. I'd rather be entertained and happy then just look at stunning graphics. They could be a little better, but they aren't distracting me.

larkija 12-03-2007 02:29 AM

They're fine if you have a great computer. It's just the lag... :zn3lzb:

OutlawZ 12-03-2007 05:16 AM

I think if you look,
you can definately pick out the "lots 'o time spent" graphics
and the "throw together quick" artwork!

Some elements are amazing...and then there is other stuff that isn't pretty weak.

Overall, what it lacks in graphics, it makes up for in fun!
