Inventory Expansion & New Weapons! March 18, 2010

Coming Soon: Inventory Expansion & New Weapons! March 18, 2010

That's right! The Pirates inventory of weapons and clothing is going to grow and become bigger and better. By listening to your ideas, we've come up with some completely new categories of weapons never seen before! Soon ... you can get your hands on Muskets and Blunderbusses. There are also new sword types like Sabers and Broadswords. And we'll be adding cool new variations of current weapons like Voodoo Staves, Pistols, Cutlasses, and much more.

These are all part of the legendary El Patron's Lost Weapons! Getting them is simple. Just pillage and plunder like you've always done, and they'll drop from some of your enemies who found the fabulous weapons first. Here are some things you need to know about the new inventory ...

  • Your Sea Chest will change to let you put more items in your stash. It will hold 35 weapons, 42 clothing items, 40 different tattoos and jewelry, and 42 Potions.
  • You will also be able to decide which ones to keep and which ones to sell.
  • With the amount of new weapons types coming out, you will need to be able to choose your equipment. You will be able to drag and drop weapons into 4 Customizable Weapon Slots.
  • There is also a fifth Customizable Item Slot for equipping a Sailing Item, which will give you bonuses while sailing on a ship or firing cannons.

These new weapons have strong Voodoo Enchantments on them, which give their wielder new powers and fighting abilities! Some weapons have Skill Boosts, which make your existing skills stronger. Others weapons give you New Attacks or Voodoo Powers. Check out below screenshot of the awesome new Rolling Attack, just one of the many new abilities you will find.

Just how many new weapons and special powers are there? You will need to collect and discover them all to find out! Now get pillaging!

And while you're looking - keep a wary eye for the legendary, Lost Sword of El Patron. This powerful blade once belonged to the famous conquistador, El Patron himself. According to legend, the blade was cursed with El Patron's last breath and his soul now haunts the blade. Anyone wielding this sword will have tremendous power, but will also be changed into the form of a ghost! Hurry and recover these weapons before they fall into the hands of Jolly Roger.

Both Basic and Unlimited Members will be able to collect these new items. However, Basic Access Members will only be able to equip basic items. Rarer items can only be equipped by Unlimited Access Members.

Jamesvsthekraken 03-18-2010 03:42 PM

woot so when is this finally coming to test? i hope tonight. :) also does this mean new clothing and other stuff too? :D

The Evil Will Mcbain 03-18-2010 03:57 PM

As Marty says in Back to the Future, this is heavy.

Captain Whale 03-18-2010 04:04 PM

I'm sorry but this is AWESOME!! New fighting styles - expanded inventory and you can get them in treasure drops - so not everyone will have the same thing all the time and you have to make some decisions. Sailing boost items!!

Love it!!

Captain Whale

seafox 03-18-2010 04:50 PM

Alrighty then!!! The last one to get a new weapon is a rotten pirate!! Oh.....wait....pirates are pretty rotten already...imma spoiled rotten,,,sooooo....ok , well whoever gets something new first better start a thread sose we can drool over it....:)

Eliza Creststeel 03-18-2010 05:05 PM

This is simply some of the best stuff to come out in a long while. The invasions were cool , the Expedition Fleets were cool... but this - is GAME CHANGING!

So much of what we've been begging for - hoped for - prayed for...

And I better not hear ANY discouraging words on this!

The Evil Will Mcbain 03-18-2010 05:07 PM

That's right! No naysaying!

combatlizzy 03-18-2010 05:08 PM

Too Coolz!!!!!

Jamesvsthekraken 03-18-2010 05:21 PM

just one question define "coming soon"? please? :) does this mean tonight to test!? :D then two weeks then it goes to the live game?

albbie 03-18-2010 05:38 PM

patience patience. I am sooo excited right now ... wow.

Ben Lockshot 03-18-2010 05:44 PM

Yay new stuff Im so happy. But Im sure people will just find ways to complain about this too. But Im happy. I want the ghost sword, TIME TOO RETERN TO LVL 50S AT TORMENTA Lol xD

Ben Lockshot ~Gm of GoT~ Lvl 50

The Skirata Clan 03-18-2010 05:52 PM

Now these are news I like!

Sarah 03-18-2010 05:53 PM

UM...nay...sort of.

Drops? Not Quests? All I can say as these drops had better not be as few and far between as the clothing drops. Well, that's not all I can say, but I'll leave it at that til it comes out and we see how it goes. I agree that it's nice that not everyone will have the same equiptment at first, and this could make for some really interesting group fighting...But seriously...Drops?

Last little nay, I don't quite see the point in more "powerful" weapons when the xp system punishes you for being more powerful. Have to see how this plays out as well.

BUT! Something new makes me happy, and D going with something this big and new is awesome :)

Pirate on

Applegrl757 03-18-2010 06:08 PM

This is awesome! I have taken a break from the game for a while anyway. but keep reading the updates. So the second I find out I am able to try and play something new I shall return :) Can't wait though, always wanted a Musket! thanks so much D. FINALLY

Deadpool 03-18-2010 06:22 PM

This is just amazing... I don't even have one of my lame jokes prepared for an update like this...

I like the rolling attack

Tuefenhandel 03-18-2010 06:27 PM

Heck, I haven't even found time to attack an EITC convoy.........

This looks like a lot of fun. It won't be long before we're posting drop locations. I like it.

In particular, I like the self implemented "No Griping" prerequisite to this thread.

Eliza Creststeel 03-18-2010 06:38 PM

Something to point out of how much of a game changer this will be.

Not only does it affect regular leveling (with new skills to master, etc), questing (to acquire some weapons) but also PvP is going to be changed.

And this new Item for Sailing or Cannon will also alter how SvS will be played.

They said you will be able to Sell. Is that just to the merchants? How about to each other? It'd be a nice way to make a tidy profit on occasion or a way to spend that plunder we haul in. Drag and drop means you can change up weapons on the fly.

It does look like jewelry and tats will share a screen, so maybe someone won't like that.

There is a LOT to this - so before looking for what they didn't include, think about the opportunities this will give.

seafox 03-18-2010 06:51 PM

Much more exciting,,,,how cool will it be to have your crewmates in battle all around,,,new weapons drawn....rolling attacks!! Hmmm,,,begs a question....gotta have harder enemies...more bosses?? to go with the new stuff...and will the enems have the same new fighting abilities or even a few new ones we don't get?

Oh, and announcement just made in time for weekend? Could there be anything for Friday you think? or is it too soon?

Capt_Darkblade 03-18-2010 06:54 PM

I like this!!! no sorry...I love this! does the comment regarding sailing boost perk your ears up in the possibility its the initial touching of Ship updates?!?!?!?!?!?!

Admiral Finch 03-18-2010 07:11 PM

THIS IS AMAZING! I can't wait to start searching! Can't wait

-Finch

Eric Daggerskull 03-18-2010 07:37 PM

Can't wrap my mind around how awesome this is. Hopefully I will be able to regain all those quest clothing items I sold for new items.

Captain Del 03-18-2010 07:48 PM

This is simply, one of, if not THE greatest and biggest addition to the game in a single update. An inventory system, bigger and badder versions of our current weapons, AND new weapon types?! Too cool!

I simply CANNOT wait for this to be released! Thank you Disney!

Wow...My first reaction was, "THIS IS EPIC!" Then I got to Sarah's level-headed, well constructed little post.

I have been playing for a couple of years, through four pirates, and have received exactly ONE clothing drop. (An awesome orange striped shirt.) If the weapons are as rare as clothing drops then...Uh-Oh.

But are clothing drops rare because my closet is full? Or because they are just rare?

And more powerful weapons and attacks? Sounds ideal. Until I consider the notion that more power = lower rep. Well I can always go for quantity and not quality.

Anyway, I still say that this is EPIC! I will be checking it out as soon as possible. It might just be the start of something HUGE (as if this isn't big enough :piratetongueor4:).

Semper Fi!

Nelly Darkpaine 03-18-2010 08:16 PM

Glad to see pirates is doing something new. About time. But they have already lost alot of players to games that have been doing this for years....

Sven Osymthe 03-18-2010 08:17 PM

Since we will be able to hold a lot of items, I would assume the drops would be more frequent. The rare ones might not be, but we won't know til it comes.

On another note.. the number is kinda small (in the second image), but does the gold look like more than we can currently hold?

I blew it up and it is blocky but it looks like the gold is reading six digits...Wouldn't carve it in stone but that is what it looks like to me.

Charles Darkwolf 03-18-2010 08:44 PM

Now THIS is some of the things I paid $80 a year for! About time!!

Kid Heartbreaker 03-18-2010 08:52 PM

It DOES look like a 6 digit number to me.

I can see the Rollin Attack being a crowd favorite at the docks too.

Selectable "F Key" weapon designations - almost as much fun as getting a new univeral remote control!

Captain Whale 03-18-2010 08:59 PM

Ok, Nelly - this isn't every other game. I for one am glad. I have played dozens of the kind of games you are talking about for years and years. If you like that kind of game go play it. POTCO doesn't need to be another clone of all the other MMORPGs out there. One of the reasons I like it so much is because its not. I don't want to have pages and pages of notes trying to figure what class/armor/weapons/magic items/power up/spells I have to have to make my character successful. Enjoy Guild Wars - been there done that.

As to Sarah's "well thought out and constructed post" (a good post Sarah but based upon no information). We have no idea what the drop rate will be. I agree with Sven it will be much higher(it has to be to make this kind of system function). Most games you end up with a lot of basic items, some magic items, a few unique items and then the very rare - rare items. We have seen one card for one rare sword. All we can figure out from that is that there is a possibility of 3 powers on a rare sword. We know there will be Basic items and Rare items from the article. No idea what if anything that will be inbetween.

I agree with Sarah that the higher the damage the lower rep you get is an issue with the "Attack" bonus on weapons (if they even do this - we don't know yet). But what about the new attack skills and new voodoo powers? The single rare sword card shows us +1 to two cutlass skills and a new type of attack skill. You don't have to use the skills if you don't want to although I would guess the sword itself is a more powerful version that the standard cutlass. (again we don't know). I have nothing to compare the 51 damage to. If someone knows what damage all the weapons to let us know.

Ex8404 - clothing drops are just that rare. I had a full 4 coats when I got the one I have. So you can get them even if your slots are full. Your first reaction was correct - no need to second guess it mate - this is Epic indeed.

I think I am about done posting over here - this is just so frustrating for me. There are some great posters here and I don't mind good discussions but it always seems to degenerate into this - Hey look new stuff - let's tear it apart and show how Disney failed again!!! Wheeeeee!!! This is an awesome acheivement for Disney and I agree with Ex8404 that it's probably the base for more changes. I have stuck it out as I have some great friends here but it just gets old listening to the same pirates as I am sure they are tired of listening to me. This is supposed to be a fan site, where pirates get together and talk about the game they all love to play.

Captain Whale

Jamesvsthekraken 03-18-2010 09:09 PM

Man i hope this comes to the test game tonight.:stcheesy::stpat_06:

Chris 03-18-2010 09:10 PM

Awesome finally some good news from disney!

Sarah 03-18-2010 09:14 PM

Whale, I wasn't trying to be negative at all. Promise :) (where on earth is the inflection font?...) I've been playing since this game hit open on day one, and I have been as patient as a pirate can be. I, too, think this is an awesome add to POTCO, I am really looking forward to the new weapons and skills to play with. I certainly don't have the ultimate info on how these drops are going to happen, I was just saying that I hope they aren't as rare as clothing drops.

As far as the damage we're about to inflict and what kind of rep it gains, going to have to wait and see. (and yeah, that rolling attack looks pretty sweet ;) )

Eliza Creststeel 03-18-2010 09:38 PM

Actually, Sarah... I didn't find your comments negative - just reflective and making valid points.

Part of the problem with the lower xp argument is that many of us are looking at this from a mastered pirate point of view. We already get lower rep so nifty new stuff just diminishes. But, to new or baby pirates - this may not have such a deterimental affect.

A lot of the jaded tones come from the perspective of those old salts who've seen it all and haven't expected much or been let down - again and again.

However, I still remain positive that POTCO's best years are still ahead - especially with On Stranger Tides now going into production.

Kraken Guard 03-18-2010 09:38 PM

Great, "coming soon" means goodness knows when! Look at what they said when they said the Kraken was "Coming soon".. >_>

Let's hope they really are soon and not few years down the road..

And like Sarah said: Are these weapons going to be super rare to find if their random drops? Will we be able to switch like, say.. Pirate Doll to Witch Doll? Are we gonna be able to duel wield cutlasses? Is there a Jolly Roger voodoo doll? :(

bartholomew bladeroberts 03-18-2010 09:47 PM

i wonder if these new weapons are some that were found in the phase files a few months back

CarribeanThunder 03-18-2010 09:55 PM

It would be a nice match-up to have a musket against that accursed Dragoon that's been following you up through the grassy town in Kingshead, would it not?

Now, these new weapons, from what I can see in the image with the collection of obtained items, look pretty well designed, and are nice. If these are meant to be collected ( And I'm sure they will need to be collected as drops from enemies, like everything else ), then it will finally give me something to look for - something that ISN'T looking for something to do.

The "Roll" ( Do a barrel roll ) skill looks pretty nice. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they made it so you could use any of the Combo skills at any time - I.E. spamming Thrust - as Disney has always been putting unmentioned updates ( Usually minor ). But I doubt they would do this, but still, it would be cool. I would finally be able to copy what Mercenaries use ( Like I do with Voodoo Doll enemies ).

Pretty much, I can't wait for these to come onto Test - however, I'll have to redownload it onto my Laptop since, unfortunately, my GOOD Desktop has crashed ( Probably the Graphics Card got messed up, since I didn't get any errors saying the computer crashed - I would just turn it on, turn on the monitor, and it stayed black. It could always be the Motherboard, or something else ).

Conclusion: Sweet. 5/5 to Disney.

Edit: Using the Zoom In tool on Paint, I have confirmed that the number of Gold the pirate has in the first or second picture ( Whichever ) IS, indeed, a 6-digit number. From what I can tell in normal view only, the number reads "199941." A little on the side of overkill in terms of an amount of gold, but we pirates have always managed to have a few coins lying around on our ships, so maybe this will be a true amount - leading ti either 199999 or 200000, whichever Disney decides is the maximum.

Machazzard 03-18-2010 10:26 PM

Be still my beating heart. I was walking home from school and checking potco updates and i saw this!! I am not lying to you when i say that i lost my balance and almost fell over in joy//(okay maybe that was alittle exxagerated?) Im reallllllly looking forward to this.

I just wonder if they also are implementing player trading, and for each of these weapons, if theyre drops, will they be level restricted?? hmm guess well just have to wait and see :)

JM Ohara 03-18-2010 10:35 PM

Ok way totally insanely cool!! Uh, one thought though. Four slots for weapons means no more packing all your weapons at once. So, uh, what happens to the F6 button, assuming that F5 becomes the sailing skill? Have to wait and see. Drat, really? I don't wanna wait! :D Thinkin that a lot of pirates are going to have issues catching up unfavored single enemy weapons after this hits open though. Yes, myself included. Also, I can think of a few pirates who level equally that this could be a bit iffy with.

As for the what was it 40 slots for clothes? It's not even quite double what we have right now, but hey, ANY more is a good thing. Just hoping that like currently any quest items earned after the full inventory can still be held. It's way more inkage, which to me is a very good thing, considering I sold a fair amount of ink to get the St. Pat's tattoos. Woo hoo! More ink!! :D

For the weapons, yes, quests might have been more fun. Or even the ability to go into a weaponsmith and buy the little buggers after certain quests. But drops do add a random element that should make otherwise boring grinding just a little more fun.

The gold cap raise could be fun, but with as many pirates as I have constantly shuffling gold around, I can't even get to the current max. Could be a year before I see that much gold on any one pirate, and that's AFTER it hits open. For the rest of you sane people not juggling 8 paid pirates, figuring out the new gold cap should be a kick. Hey CT, could also, should we be so lucky, 999,999!

Despite a few reservations, I'm very hopeful about this. It seems that the ball they got rolling with the Rott quests back in October has really picked up speed. Things are moving quicker now, and with definite purpose. From Rott, to Jolly, to EITC, and now this. These new weapons mean something. They aren't going to just give us new weapons for nothing. The future of Pirates is coming. And my guess is we don't have much longer to wait. I for one, am hopeful.

A toast to D on this, for finally actually getting somewhere. :buds: Drink up me hearties, yo ho!!

jason davy 03-18-2010 10:38 PM

Finally some real game additions! Can't wait to see it. Hoping there's not problems with infrequent drops and reduced rep, but at this point I'm just ready to have some fun with NEW stuff. Thanks for listening D.

Dockwrecker The Privateer 03-18-2010 10:58 PM

"This is it!This is it!"Much of my faith in this game has been restored, even though I must try to take a vacation from it all this month and the next ,I can see myself returning to find so much more.

I think this was what many were waiting for,it was first mentioned summer last if not earlier,I have a awesome feeling the enemies at Raven Cove will be full of the hard-to-get items,in fact it wouldn't surprise me if there are level 40-70 enemies at the Cove.

As for that new fighting move it was seen in a POTCO video that came out last October about Jolly Roger for All Hallows Eve.I think this should be great,it has been awhile since something big, seems this was part of the 'ideals' I used to speak of before I really lost faith,I have yet to see how this works in-game however if they can pull this off completely with ships and sailing in the future....Methinks the Kraken is not far off, does anyone think November mayhaps?

I'm basic but some new stuff it satisfing enough surely. It makes me wonder:Can basic now obtain and use dagger and grenades?

Any way this content must mutiply five times the current weapon count....I also wonder if any of the new stock is in any of the Swordsmiths' barrels or Gunsmiths' displays....

Machazzard 03-18-2010 10:58 PM

That got me thinking Hawke. Im not sure that i fully understand that 5 weapon slot thing. Are they saying that each weapon gets a spot or you drop skills into it to add to a single weapon?? I am completely and utterly, confused. Still excited, but confused XD

Crestshot 03-18-2010 11:04 PM

This is completely insane! Except, it's probably in the best way that can be made! I mean...wow. I'm practically speechless. After hearing everyone about how the game needs to be updated and how we want new weapons, I'd definitely say that Disney delivered! I have little doubt that with this new weapons update, they're going to have to raise some stuff. We're going to see some new enemies. With the release of the new weapons, however, I'm not sure if we're going to get Raven's Cove or another new island. I mean, Raven's Cove was essentially a place that Disney needed for the story, and I think that part of the story is gone with the Expedition Fleets.

Sorry, I'm not trying to be negative or anything. This is really incredible. The roll attack is only a small bit of what we're going to get here. I mean, did you see that weapon's belt? Wow. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat until this comes out. Until then, happy plundering mates.

Maggie13 03-18-2010 11:09 PM

First, thank you disney for FINALLY listening to your pirate breathren ( especially inventory increase ).

That being said, or typed as it were, I have been playing for a while now. No, I dont have multiple accounts unlike many of my friends, but just the one. 3 Fully mastered lvl 50's and a lvl 41 1/2. In my time in the game I have NEVER encountered a clothing drop. Not that i have not tried, just hasnt happened.

I think this coming update will be great. In fact, I already have a plan on how I shall proceed with ALL of my pirates once it does hit , in an effort to gain as many of these new items as possible. However, if they are as rare as clothing drops then many of us will be spending enormous amounts of time pillaging or simply causing destruction HOPING to receive an item. I am sure since basic members can also "pick" up these items, the introductory weapons will be occasional. But how about the rarer items?

I really am not concerned about XP or Noto as most of us know already that by lvl 46 , all of your weapons are usually mastered and you are now just in Tormenta/Outcast grinding mode. 50 happens when it happens at that point.

Just give me more clothes. The Duece in me ( Most stylish guild this side of barbados ) demands it! :piratetongueor4:

KeeperOfTheCode 03-18-2010 11:16 PM

This will affect PvP ENORMOUSLY, considering a mob of people with all different weapons types. You can't just switch weapons to counter them. I wonder, do we finally get the Foil and Double Swords, or do these remain sole property of the French/Spanish?

Furthermore, I'd love to see people helping each other again, like they did in the old days. Maybe now we'll be able to form treasure hunting parties. (Maybe there will even be new guilds made for the purpose of finding and selling rare items) :laughks2:

Bubba Bunny x 03-18-2010 11:19 PM

All I have to say is that this looks like one of the best updates to ever come to this game!!! No longer will I feel like im paying too much :D

The Evil Will Mcbain 03-18-2010 11:36 PM

I wonder what these will be like for basic members. DTP, I can't imagine us having daggers or grenades, but I think we will get some sweet stuff out of this. We basics are by nature easily satified, lol.

Looking forward to seeing what that is like LOL

I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is just what i wanted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone wanna find them with me????

Just saw this. Once this is finally inplemented, I might consider coming back...

Crazypirate 03-19-2010 12:38 AM

Looks cool cant wait to try it out, and it does seem a mystery that some pirates, myself included with 9 clothes drops between 5 pirates, are more lucky than others when it comes to the rare drops!

Jamesvsthekraken 03-19-2010 12:51 AM

I hope this isnt like the other announcement in the Developers diary last july where it said it was coming very soon and now it was announced again you guys think its gonna be another year or 6 months or will it come in the next week or so? :( :/

Sven Osymthe 03-19-2010 01:37 AM

I think it will come in the next few weeks.. last time something big like this was announced for the game, they probably encountered problems which stopped it from being released. They wouldn't wait another year, or even 6 months. If there is another error.. it might be a while, but I don't think it will be the case this time.

Buck Seahawk 03-19-2010 01:50 AM

Ok, now THIS is a reason to come back to the game!!!!!!!!!! This looks so awesome I feel like going on the game right now! CHANGING WEAPONS IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS?!?!

Roman4666 03-19-2010 01:58 AM

I cant wait! Please define "drop". Do you mean like killing enemies and then recieving a weapon? Or a dig spot etc.?

Nelly Darkpaine 03-19-2010 02:10 AM

But this update ISNT great by comparison - for THIS game it is, but after PLAYING several MMO's this feels half-baked. IMO its a group of understaffed, undermotivated, or underpaid designers. Its JUST NOW getting what it should have had some time ago, and yet, its one of the pricier games per month out there. Even as a mastered pirate - I will say, PAY FOR WHAT? Weapon drops on enemies I have no quest to kill, and no reps to gain? Just grind weapons in hopes for drops to sell, to buy more things I dont need or to earn money I have nothing to spend on?

I just think its too little too late, and another band-aid. They NEED a new storyline!!! New enemies!!! New islands!!!

James Bladefury 03-19-2010 02:47 AM

Yeah! Awesome Update Disney! I look forward to gaining new weapons for my weapons belt!

Jolly Roger 03-19-2010 03:31 AM

Weapon drops. Its time to get revenge on that two faced Beckett!
P.S:If anyone see's El Patrons lost weapons give them too me if you know whats good for you!

Well said Nelly. I'm a basic access, and we are easily satisfied by nature. Bosses and Expedition Fleets made me happy. You had some great points however. In Runescape they have "Clans" that literally control commerce! It's got more depth to it. But let's face it. This game is about pirates. What do pirates do? WE KILL STUFF! Not much more.

Jack Sparrow- Now where is that monkey? I want to SHOOT something! :pirate41::skull:
Hard to imagine a pirate taking the time to create more weapons to sell. (I think we should be able to smuggle stuff)

MacIronhawk 03-19-2010 03:56 AM

I really want that cursed sword that turns you into a ghost...

I'd gladly do a quest for it, but with my luck on clothing drops, I'll probably NEVER get it, if it's as hard as getting clothing. Oh well, though, all the new things looks fun.

EDIT: P.S. I'm serious when I say, if anyone gets a sword I want, and we can start trading things, I'll gladly pay 10k-45k for the sword.

Basil Dreadflint 03-19-2010 04:30 AM

Cutlass
Pistol
Doll
Dagger
Grenades
Staff

I have worked and grinded to master them all.
Now, They are going to give me something more?
Then, I'm only going to be allowed to carry 4 of them?

And this is a good thing?

I don't understand. Is this just another way for Disney to avoid the real problem? The fact that they haven't given us anything new/challenging/STORY LINE, in more than 2 years.

I couldn't care less about a new weapon, or grinding an entire set of weapons for no reason other than leveling. I really don't need 42 tattoos to switch between. I have full 65K in gold, and nothing worthwhile to spend it on, so increasing the gold cap doesn't thrill me either. I give gold away every week, just to be able to earn more.

And let's see, I'm sure Black Beard the pirate carried a sea chest with 24 different outfits. NOT!!!!

I'll try this one more time. This is a GAME I pay to play. I play for entertainment. When it gets tedious or boring, it isn't any fun. Once you are maxed, there is nothing more to do, but wait for new story line. I am STILL doing that, and it appears that this new stuff coming out will leave me right where I am now.

OIBTW: 6 pirates and 26 months of playing, I have NEVER gotten a clothing drop. Weapons drop, PFFFFFFT!

Because, if we can hold four of each, good. If we can only hold four weapons, that's a horrible update. I want to be able to hold all of my weapons, at the least, and if they limit me to only being able to carry four, I'll be upset.

Looking at the picture, it appears to be only 4 weaponsthat you can carry. The belt looks as if they are changing the "F" keys, and that implies that you won't be using them to select between the normal 6 weapons anymore. (I'm just guessing, based on the picture they showed us.) I hope that's wrong.

Edit: Went and read the OP about 6 more times. It seems, you will own up to 35 weapons, or variants, but only be able to carry 4 at a time. If you load your belt with 4 swords, and you want to switch to pistol, you open your seachest and drag the pistol you want to your belt, then use the "F" key to access that pistol.

Meanwhile, Mr. Jolly Roger, will you kindly wait and not attack me while I redistribute my weapons in my belt so that I can properly fight you?

Also, let's look at that picture of the Rolling attack. Is that a distance attack? If I am standing gright next to the enemy, wouldn't I "roll" past them before the thrust? Does that mean that I have to know in advance the proper range for the roll? And why does the card say, attack skill 51? I thought that the news said we were limited to 35? Or is it that there will be way more skills than what we are even allowed to own?

This is looking more like ToonTown and their way of levelling your Toon's gags.
Can anyone say "Uber Pirate"?

Last item, the News post doesn't mention a gold cap increase, so maybe I was wrong to bring up how worthless a gold cap increase would be. LOL.

Midhav 03-19-2010 09:14 AM

This is the best update ever, better than that useless Lvl cap increase update.
However, I expected the New loot & inventory system to have trading and an actual huge commerce like Runescape, that would change the basic physics of questing.... at least we can expect that later. As for an inventory coming with this, I very much expected it, otherwise how can we hold more weapons??

JM Ohara 03-19-2010 09:20 AM

Like I said before the only 4 weapons thing could be a problem. You bring up a good point on the rolling attack thing as well. Still, I find this intriguing.

I also do believe it will lead on to something else. Why give new weapons with new attacks for the same old enemies? I can beat even level 50 thralls just fine thanks. Don't even need a healer on Kat. So where is it going? Somewhere big I hope. But it's getting late. Far too late to expound Pirates speculation, theory, and philosophy. What will be will be. Time and again, D proves it won't change what we don't like. So, we live with it, and we adapt, or we leave. Which I will do remains to be seen...

toanuju22 03-19-2010 10:49 AM

Well, this update might just get me back to playing again, but Disney has to learn that Pirates shouldn't be so Land Combat Based, and land based enemies should really surrender when you have bested them, it would make pirates appear not so much like mindless killing machines, in POTCO, I could probably say a few 1000 pirates or so have over a million kills, well, good for them, a.... little Diabolical to say the least, and giving enemies the ability so surrender, would make the title of "Master Pirate" and being level 50, seem much more worthy of the title right?

I still find it amazing to see something POTCO was saying they would make after 2 or so years of stories to keep Players active finally arrived, *Pulls out POTCO Lies List* Well done, only a few more to go and you will be lie free. :45:

Well, if you want entertainment, and a good story chapter, try POTBS, it has some of the best written materiel out there for a Story chapter, it doesn't have cut-scenes like POTCO, but the good plot makes up for it, additionally
there are hundreds of side stories that are also very well written, and once one has gotten to level 50 and done all the Missions, PvP still keeps most players active, or some other also story chapter like missions, that are incredibly hard, but exceptionally fun. Sure the Avatar Combat in POTBS is lacking, and the interface for using it isn't as easy as POTCO, it still is good, and surprisingly there is more Supernatural and Fantasy in it then POTCO from what I've seen, or at least equal.

With this update I'm probably going to go back to playing POTCO a Little to try
to find use of these new weapons, and try to see for the EITC fleets,
POTCO has been working, and finally they listened to the feedback box, give developers some more time and they might try to make something that can even last.

Here is one, and only one, but to think of it still one, Bottle of rum to the Developers, enjoy and try not to use it all up in one day, Persian 900 is expensive,
but it was earned for now. :rumgt7:

I don't know about everyone else.. but since the updates have yet to be released, I don't really see a reason to make it seem like nothing. "Don't knock it til you try it."

The updates might not seem good compared to other games, but POTCO is not other games.. if people can't enjoy it, they should play a game that interests them. This update is a very great improvement, and the introduction of a inventory could lead to better updates coming in the future.

Good job POTCO :buds:

Jeanne Stormcutter 03-19-2010 12:03 PM

All this looks simply fantastic! Can't wait to actually try them out, i'm sure it will be great :degen:
And 4 weapons is more than enough for me to carry, truth to be told. Nobody uses all of the 6 weapon types at the same time? And changing another weapon to the slot takes about what, 2 seconds? lol, i don't think anyone dies in that time!

I'm sure you understand that if they would have demonstrated the rolling attack by keeping the character still it wouldn't be very good? Hehe, you wouldn't really see the movement bit by bit, it would just be a blur... But it's probably not a still attack either, we shall see if we find that Buccaneer's Cutlass in question. :piratetongueor4:

Raikel 03-19-2010 12:11 PM

Wow, if I could see a bunch of new weapons and stuff that they are adding from you guys, I would come back to the game. I like the looks of that one weapon, but I would love to see more. Not to mention, if you want to find the Buccaneers Cutlass, kill a load of buccaneers. Sounds like the most logical place to look for the Buccaneer Cutlass. I just sorta hope that if weapons drop like clothes, they'll have a super drop weekend.

Captain Whale 03-19-2010 12:37 PM

Lets slow down and look at the Weapon Belt picture again.

It looks like only F1, F2, F3 and F4 are selectable. A pirate won't be limited to only 4 weapons - you will only be able to Load those first four "F Slots". I take that to mean that a pirate will always carry Grenades and Staff (sorry about the Nades Sarah).

I expect the "ITEM" slot for the Sail Bonus to function as a Passive skill - I don't have an "ITEM" key on my keyboard so I don't see any other way for that Slot to work.

The Big question for the people on Test to figure out is this:

How does loading a weapon from a Drop affect the current distribution of Skill Points for that F Key?

I'd think changing one Cutlass type for another Cutlass type wouldn't really change things. But, what happens if one would keep their current Cutlass, Pistol and Doll in F1 F2 F3 and then Load a Drop Cutlass in F4? Or, is each F Key only loadable with a weapon from that original Weapon Type?

A new Attack such as the Rolling Attack seems easy enough to figure out; we get a new circle on the bottom of the screen and a new Number key to associate with that attack.

Like many others, I have NEVER got a Clothing Drop so the frequency of the Drops will be interesting. We will just have to run around and defeat all the Enemy types and see if there is any commonality to the Enemy/Location where the drop comes from.

skullduggery bones 03-19-2010 01:31 PM

I know we are entitled to our own opinions but knocking the game update when we havent even seen it yet kinda grates. Nobody has a clue as to how this is really going to pan out so can't we all just withhold our judgement untill we have experienced it first hand. I feel some of us may end up with egg on their face.
And also...........

1. If you dislike the game so much........ DON'T play it anymore.
2. If you feel you have to always right bad things about the updates.... DON'T play it anymore.
3. If you can't say even a little positive thing about the game.... DON'T play it anymore.
4. If you feel it is too expensive for what you get in return........ DON'T play it anymore.

There are plenty of us out there who can't wait for the update and will embrace every part of it. I am one of those people. Who cares what gets dropped and when. When it does it will be exciting and new and I know everyone will be wanting El Patrons super sword that turns you into a ghost!! If thats a super rare drop then so be it.
What does it matter you can only carry 4 things. It is a weapons BELT. I'm sure real pirates never went to battle with 6 different weapons and a barrel load of grenades stuffed up their trouser leg. (I know they were well armed btw so no need to pick up on that last quote :D ). And time for changing weapons?? Well there is 30 minutes warning for invasions. I'm sure it that time you can decide what you are going to take with you to confront Jolly and his minions.
I just can't wait now!!

I think this is wonderful, finally something new..... However sorrry to put a damper on everyones day but I still don't think that BASICS should be able to take part in this. As they are NON-PAYING Members!
When I first started playing potc way back in Jan. of 08 I was not able to get the Voodoo Doll due to being Basic, now it seems to me that POTC caters to them more then it's long time Unlimited members. Just a thought!
I hope these new items come to the test soon!

Basic access is meant to give players a taste of what the Caribbean has to offer, in order to convince them that they want to pay for the game. Basic access people SHOULD be given a part of this. They get the more common drops but not the rarer ones. POTCO is still catering to us unlimited players but giving the basic players some more stuff in order to better entice them into paying.

I am all for this update. I have no complaints and I think this will be great for the game. I'm mega-excited.

ex8404 03-19-2010 02:21 PM

"If you give a mouse a cookie, he's going to ask for a glass of milk..."

I know some of you are frustrated with Disney's (seeming) lack of progress on POTCO. And now that we are set to to receive a HUGE change in the way things are done, some of us have nothing but questions or complaints. The questions I get. The complaints? I really don't get that.

Just so that I am not branded a hypocrite, I have complained about the lack of a new story line. But as an eternal optimist, I have to believe that EVERYTHING up to this point has been in order to set up the new Chapter.

For almost two years I have heard and read about how we all want "More Weapons", "More Closet Space", "The Ability to trade" and so on. Disney said, "Fine. Here it is." We say, "I want a glass of milk..."

It is possible that a new story line is complex enough to require this much storage space. We can only hope. And wait. But this is cool and I want to start looking for weapons.

If you made a mad rush to Master everything, then don't complain. You did what you set out to do. It is not Disney's fault that more powerful weapons are of no use to you. I, for one, look forward to it.

Your frustration is evident and, maybe, well deserved but make up your mind. You want realism or not? 24 outfits is not realistically piratey enough. But we still want the ability to carry a sword, a 3-shot flintlock pistol and 500+ rounds of ammo, a dagger and about 400 throwing knives, somewhere around 500 homemade grenades and a Voodoo doll and a Voodoo staff?!?!? Do we really get to pick and choose our realism?

How about a real pirate game. Live a terrible life, and die young, usually at the hands of the Navy. The EITC would be just a shipping company that uses crew who have jumped ship or could not cut it in the British Navy. Their seamanship would be scorned by the "real" sailors of the Navy.

You would only really use fast sloops and hug the coastlines and you would be lucky if the entire crew had 500 rounds of ammo. And everyone would smell terrible. Throwing knives? Voodoo Dolls? Where is the realism there?

I like the changes. If they lead to nothing then I will be disappointed.

BUT I AM GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE RELEASED BEFORE I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM!

Until then, Semper Fidelis. :buds:

Capt C Ray 03-19-2010 02:48 PM

Where to start.
First, not sure how we got hooked on comparing the new weapons drops to the clothing drops. Clothing drops are not the only type of drop out there. Where do you get the extra playing cards from? Or the other "treasure" items you get along the way. I have been playing the game for 26 months and never got a clothing drop.

Then there is all the negitive speculation going on. Not one pirate on this site has any idea how any of this new stuff is going to work. So how can you sit there and cut it down?

Fair winds mates.

Capt C Ray

Eliza Creststeel 03-19-2010 03:00 PM

Good points Ray

As for drops, I have in the past picked up a clothing item or two and they were rare. BUT - keep in mind, that these new drops are part and parcel with the new weapons sysyem - so they will likely be MUCH more common, especially when fighting tougher enemies.

Likely you will find more more basic daggers, swords etc. unless you do in a major league baddie or get lucky. But that's what rare things are about. It took a long time alone for me to find all the original treasures, even though I found a lot of them.

EC

PS - It is likely NOT the best idea to criticize something we know nothing about or seen in action. Which is why on my first post, I PLEADED for folks to give this stuff a chance... and that's NOT trolling - its optimism.

william kid 03-19-2010 03:04 PM

I really don't see a problem with the weapon slots. I really only use one or two most of the time anyways. the exceptions being leveling and healing. For leveling I find even with a boss I can only use 2 most of the time 3 tops and get max rep for each. I guess a lower level might be able to stretch a higher level boss out a bit longer but chances are they are gonna be done in pretty quick.

As far as a new story line I would love nothing more and I hope its coming but I'll have more to do tommarow than I did yesterday so I'm happy for now. It is if nothing else a step in the right direction have to see where it take us.

Last little nay, I don't quite see the point in more "powerful" weapons when the xp system punishes you for being more powerful. Have to see how this plays out as well.

BUT! Something new makes me happy, and D going with something this big and new is awesome :)

Pirate on

We've already had enough with the weapon quests, and Disney knows it. That's just too old school. And I believe enemies are going to get harder and new islands may appear with enemies such as level 45 EITC Lords. (Ravens Cove, perhaps?)

I believe you hit the nail on the head there Kid. However, the news says new cutlasses, Staves (their word not mine.), pistols and daggers. It does not say dolls. So I'm thinking the weapons we pick from will be just those 4. Which certainly mixes things up rather a lot. (And yet looking back it does have pictures of multiple dolls but no staff, so maybe you are right.)

I had to go back and look at this myself. Actually it doesn't say attack skill 51, it says, Attack:51 At the bottom it says Parry Boost + 1 Brawl Boost + 1. It also doesn't say we can hold 35 skills, but 35 weapons. I take that to mean that the Attack:51 refers to the power of the attack, not what the skill is.

Now the clothing, jewelry and ink. It says 42 clothing items, not 24 outfits. (Sorry Bas.) It remains to be seen if like now quest items will not count. If they do I'll be ticked then. If they do then there actually isn't clothing expansion at all. We'll see. No, real pirates would have considered packing 42 clothing items ridiculous. 40 jewelry, probable. Hey, pirate! What good is all this plundering jewels if I can't wear em? At least that would be my guess on pirate philosophy.

Then there's this. It says you can hold 42 potions. Not tonics, potions. Might there be now potions set aside for reviving? Possibly something we can use to negatively effect enemies? How cool would that be! (Just a hopeful guess, but it would be sweet.)

Another thought, check out the screenie. It has a picture for the cards. Cards have never had a section in the inventory so far as I know. Could this mean that now we'll get to see what cards we have rather than having to sit down at a table and cheat to figure it out?

On the gold cap raise. It means nothing to me, she of the 32 (usually broke) pirates. However, I do think there is a reason for the cap raise. I don't think they just did it. I think if not with this update, then there will be something added soon to spend that gold on. Otherwise why bother?

Yes, basic members can now get a doll, but not dagger, nades, or staff. I myself have both basic and unlimited players. No, my basic's don't pay. But I'm not the only pirate out here with both basic and unlimited IDs. As for catering to Basics, I don't really think so. Yes, it says both basic and unlimited players can collect the items. It also says basic members can only equip basic items, that rarer items can only be equipped by unlimited access. So, the basics will get the drops, but just not be able to do anything with them. By giving basic members the ability to even collect rare drops they are hoping said members will stare at those rare items they can't use and bite it and pay. It's a business. Like someone on another thread said, basic is a free trial with no time limit. That's all.

Anyway, that's just some thoughts for the morning.

jade Ironcastle 03-19-2010 04:27 PM

OK I understand where you are coming from Beorn but when is it enough? When does POTC stop giving them everything? Cause again when I started I was NOT able to get the voodoo doll or move forward with any quest until I started to pay (you had to PAY TO PLAY)! I feel that they are given way to much, they get a voodoo doll now, more quests then when I started. They pretty much don't ever need to pay, as most are kids who can make up stories and games in there heads and and play as a basic and get lots for free. POTC needs to buckle down and stop this nonsense, its no wonder why more of there members are Basics rather then unlimited and its no wonder why more and more unlimited are stopping there memberships. There seems to be more perks being a basic then a unlimited these days!

Eliza Creststeel 03-19-2010 04:28 PM

run it down

Seems like a lot of the criticism I'm seeing here is based on FALSE assumptions. So, let's break it down.

They indicate that you be able to carry up to 35 weapons - AT ONE TIME. 30 of those will be stored in the Sea Chest, with 5 active (4 weapons and one Sailing/Cannon boost). AT ANY TIME, it shows you can bring up your weapons and use a drag/drop feature to swap them out.
**This is important, because it means you don't have to go a merchant or some captain's quarters in order to make the change**

It also appears that on occasion you will find a dropped weapon. Since they make a BIG point about this, likely you will find them more often than people here think.

If your weapons have an empty slot, the dropped weapon appears to be added. IF YOU LOOK at the picture, it shows some weapons in the grid are repeated (the two witch voodoo dolls are the most obvious). So, if you recover a duplicate item or something you don't want - the game will offer a way to sell it (either to a merchant or perhaps even another player). Also, NOTE at the bottom is a trash can icon. Is this to sell off or just throw away an unwanted weapon?

As for clothes, it does appear that it will be a total of 42 objects combined - this as opposed to the current 28 slots (7 of which are defaults). But, by combining them into a big pile - it appears you will be able to have a lot of one kind of attire if you want (10 shirts, a couple of vests, etc.)

There is a separate tab for cards. So, it looks like you will be able to tell ahead of time what's up your sleeve before getting into a game. Good to know.

There is a Tonics tab. which makes sense. Tonics never belonged in the Skills tab.

The jewelry tab appears to be shared with tattoos so the 40 slots will be combined. That will actually be a LOSS of slots (Originally 32 jewelry and 16 tats = 48). I guess that could be a topic of complaint.

So, what is the Cannonball Barrel tab for? Anyone care to speculate?

The pic also shows a six-digit gold cap. So, they must expect us to be spending that or have something we will need that much for.

Moving on, they called the Cutlass picture a Card. So, likely this is showing the details of a weapon including the Attack bonus it gives. This might also imply that some may actually have a Defense bonus.

No comment on the rolling attack and other special moves since like everything else - it would be theory.

You know what would be great? Being able to drop or otherwise get rid of the starter clothes. Am I the only who thinks this way? With the exception of one pirate, I really don't use any of the starter clothes anymore....

I agree my starter clothes on my first pirate are especially hideous. What was I thinking? :mybadki6:

Btw ... the future update that everyone is speculating on ... it is new, shows a progression of the storyline and that is a good, positive thing. I am optimistic.

When I first started playing potc way back in Jan. of 08 I was not able to get the Voodoo Doll due to being Basic, now it seems to me that POTC caters to them more then it's long time Unlimited members. Just a thought!
I hope these new items come to the test soon!

I think you just made about a half-dozen enemies in one post Jade, lol. This is a whole new system in the interface so some of the must effect all basics.Beyond that Disney wants basics to become Unlimited,This gives them a taste of such.I mean I can understand wanting more content for yourself as you do pay but the problem is your being thoughless enough to want other people to not get even a smaller amount more.I would hate to see any discrimination against basics coming from you in-game,I see it often enough with basics and lower level pirates, its ridiculous.
With this update you are still going to recieve more then any single basic will.I know I must seem irate here but a have a short temper, the things you speak of are unbelievably thoughtless in my opinion. My apoligies if I was over-rude but I had a point to be seen.

I doubt basic will be able to obtain El Patron's lost sword.

As for the new "Weapon Belt" having only four main weapons slots:I think I actually like it better that way then any other,I would love to carry four different swords at once frankly.
I also like being able to hold far more tonics, you sea chest is now part first-aid kit. :p

I actually think that Jade is right. I say to myself, "I pay therefore I should get more." It is not a bad way to think. I DO deserve more. If basic membership gets to the point where it includes even 50% of what I am paying for then I AM GOING TO STOP PAYING!

When I started, I was Basic. I got to level 12 and stopped leveling. I had like what? A sword and a pistol (froggy went a courtin') and a dreary gray nameplate. I looked at the Unlimited players and their fancy blue names and daggers and Staffs and decided that I would pay for my son and I to have that too. If I had gotten more back then, I NEVER would have started paying.

Personally? Non-paying players add nothing to the Disney bank accounts. I, on the other hand, have given them a couple of hundred bucks. So do I believe I deserve WAY more? Absolutely, I do. I also believe that basic membership should be just that. Basic. A sword, a pistol and access to the light boat category. I could go on and on.

It is not discrimination, it's economics.

Break from topic here for a sec...

Some points on posting our opinions here. If disney doesn't want people to speculate negatively about how an update is going to effect them, then they shouldn't do news releases until the material is on test. It's the nature of the MMO player to wonder how things are going to effect them in game. Positvely or not.

We here at POF need to understand that. Especially when disney hasn't had the best track record and gives it's members absolutely no offical way to communicate with them.

It's seen on the LOTRO forums all the time, but there the devs come in and actually talk with the players, either calming fears (if an update hasn't hit the public test servers yet) or trying to explain changes. And most of the time, it helps. There are always those who will think any update wasn't enough, etc. as there are always those who think the game designers are flawless.

The fact that Disney has no way for us, the players, to communicate with them, other than fill out a comment thing and get a canned reply, is like they are saying to us "We don't want your opinion, we just want to know if it doesn't work". Well, Here, (thank you Nick) we can bounce our opinions and frustrations off each other and figure it all out together. All Civil like :)

Carry On Mates.

Disney is not giving basic access more. Not really. They recently put a level 13 cap on all basic members, and they also seriously reduced the clothing choices in pirate creation (not a big deal for unlimiteds, but it is for basics). I have a friend who has been in the game forever, and is basic. He told me that Basics used to be able to purchase double barreled pistols and better swords. And look at all the recent unlimited-only quests. No, I think, if anthing, Disney is clamping down on us.

JM Ohara 03-19-2010 05:48 PM

They are. My basic pirates can't get near as far as Kat did before she went unlimited.

Strider 03-19-2010 05:54 PM

Sounds like to me that in order to take full advantage of this upgrade, you may have to start your pirate over.

I just feel bad for those paying, and thinking this is a big update, when in MOST MMO's that you pay for, a good inventory system, and creative drops are old hat, expected, and there when the game is beta.

Disney is charging too much for too little - THATS the issue.

That is a fact ,Basics could buy new weapons of those classes when I started playing.

As for people saying basics get too much then perhaps you should weigh your options and choose,if you think basics get far too much then become one of them.People wanting Disney to make more content and such can do so but I don't think slamming the Devs is a nice thing ,consequently I find it rather disgusting for someone to want someone else to not even get any of the new content.
One could ask in their head: "What is that mad DTP thinking about now?"Well I see discontentment and people saying that things should be taken away from me and other basic members.

When I log on a header over the list of my pirates unless I'm mistaken reads "Basic Member Access".I'm not quite sure to think of that but as new content is reliesed basics should logicly get a little more as well down the line of content ,at least as I see it.It is impossible for everyone to think of all the numerous factors of this argument at once but I think something out weighs somethings, whatever that is....I hope somebody understands my ramblings.

captain bart 03-19-2010 07:02 PM

I cant wait what where and when?!

warriorpoets 03-19-2010 08:06 PM

Excited and interested, to say the least.

I actually don't mind the idea of having only four weapons at a time because, I ask you, how often does a pirate use their Grenades except when they are grinding them? Staff is sort of the same way since it unlocks so late.

I'm with others in my concern in being how to get the weapons. I always loved the Quest system since it kept all the Pirates on even terms - everyone had an equal chance to get a weapon. Having it done by random drops could be... problematic.

But honestly, that's just first blush thoughts. I'll wait and see how the system develops. Who knows? We might end up liking it.

As for the people who want another Story Quest, in effect, we've been playing one ever since Captain Walter started chasing the EITC ships which begat the invasions and so on. I know it's not the same as Black Pearl Story Quest, but I dunno, when I play the GM events combined with the random quests, I feel like I'm part of a larger story and it actually affects how my Pirate behaves in the game, how he thinks. It's not as clean, but it is more organic.

A couple of points to be made...

Due to the number of people posting requests, comments and also general questions via email, forms or the Grog Blog I would think that the Disney Online people want to get the word out that they are addressing those issues and developing things for the near future - to minimize any continued negative speculation.

Does this mean the developers shouldn't give hints since it will do nothing, but bring bad responses?

By track record, do we mean the long waits between updates OR updates that were not updates players have been asking for. As opposed to this update - which appears to contain a LOT of what folks have been begging for.

I admit I wonder if they actually process all the forms they get, but they must be getting inspiration from somewhere. In fact, the POLL they sent out covered a lot of the subjects I've seen users talk about and new things they wish for. They already offer the forms, email, live chat and a phone number... What other options does that leave?

I work for a software firm and we provide all of those same options, too. Heck Live Chat was only added last year for us. Customers do inquire about what changes are coming. We WANT feedback. We seek it out.

I'm speculating that the extra cash is so that we can buy/sell to one another. I am also speculating that some ship customization ( often mentioned here as a request ) may be on the horizon.

Wow, this sounds like what another online game I play did to their combat system. (That game changed from an exp points based system for upgrading weapons to different weapons with different skills and attack stats)

Makes me wonder how weapons we earned before the change will transition, I guess we will see when this hits test.

muffin pirate 03-19-2010 11:01 PM

what does it look like on test?

Jamesvsthekraken 03-19-2010 11:03 PM

Sadly its not on the test game yet i hope its comes this weekend if not then next week. :/ :)
