Poor ole Sid Tackem has a crush on a lovely lass named, Deidre Dunnam, but Sid's too shy to even talk to her. That's where you come in. Back by popular demand, the Valentine's Day Quest not only gives you a chance to help out Sid but as a reward for completing the Quest you'll get a fancy red shirt that's made for a night on the town!

someone pointed out to me that the url of the calentine cards says 2009, lol.

They used the ones they had last year, thats probably why.

God forbid they do something new. Old Valentines, last years reward... how much effort would it take to change it SLIGHTLY to distinguish one year's Valentines shirt from another??????? Geez...

What if your "closet" is already full? or What if you already have that red shirt from last year?

Well, tried with my pirate that I didn't have last year & unfortunately Gildago is MIA. He shows on compass but not in NPC character. Sent in report so maybe be fixed soonish....

Another reason why I left the game. No New Content...

Lizzy I was confused too. It says Giladoga is in Kings Arm but he is really in Ratskellar. Fun quest I enjoyed it.

when i was doing the quest this morning, it says "Pay Giladoga a small debt Scarlet owes him. You can find Giladoga in King's Arm tavern in Tortuga"

I went to Kings Arm at Tortuga to realize that he is at Ratskellar at Padre lol. so this might be the case?

For some reason with the updates they made last year, they moved Gildoga to the Ratskeller on Padres. No idea why they did this, but Disney does need to know that the V-day quest needs to be updated or they need to move him back to King's Arm on Tortuga.

Ahhhhh I remember this from last year. Are they the same outfits? They look like it and the same Picture too.

Silly me! But it was 3 am & I probably couldn't have found Sparrow. But, the green dot did show on compass which was strange. Thank mates!

Yes they are the same shirts. So, if you did it last year no point in doing it again unless you have a new pirate.

Anyone notice Erin Amorous is dressed like an EITC Black Guard.... cause I did! Perhaps a rumor of an EITC Clothing Quest?

The quest cant be picked up if your pirate already has it. And as for a full closet, i'm pretty sure even if it is full it will drop in there when you finish the quest.

Now me alt has a brandy new Shirt!!!!

Never cared for the shirt and on a couple pirates I got ride of the shirt to get another one. I was hoping since I don't have the shirt no more I could do the quest and get it again but nope.

This reminds me of fathers day quest. D might have dropped the ball a bit here and screwed up something that could have been good. Different year different shirt would have been nice, Or give us pink or red hair for a select time like the green hair in march.

It is almost like the folks at Disney are just "mailing it in" now...

Quite a short little quest this one. Done it 4 times in an hour total maybe. Eh, it's nice to have the shirt, since I wasn't here last year.

Remember POTCO has new members joining all the time so they haven't yet seen the Valentines quest which might account for it not being changed this year.

Hi all, Im unable to pick up the quest for some strange reason. I sent 3 bug reports and feed back from the game. I think this happened last year as well. I dont know why potc can't get this thing right. it drives me mad! Not to mention I agree with everyone that stated that the V day quest should have NOT been the same as last year. BORING!
I can't believe im still playing this game with no new storyline questss. LOL I think ive waited a long time. Anyone know when they might add this? Soon hopefully.

I agree with Polly. I have alt pirates that weren't made yet for last year's quest. And many more pirates have joined since. So my ole pirate just quietly sat on the sidelines whilst me newer ones did the quest! If you check the ideal servers, there are many pirates who now don the Valentine's Day Shirt! So what is old to some is brand new to others!

I started my pirates in the spring of last year so the quest was new for me, but they could have made a new shirt and slightly changed the quest. They have different things this year for " valentine's day " in pixie hollow. They could have made a small change for loyal unlimited pirates that have stuck with the game for over a year. Make the shirt pink for girls.... and sleeves black for guys. Give out a heart tattoo. I do not know how much trouble it be to this but I think disney owes people that have stuck with them that much.
