Quick gold?
 

Does anyone know how to get quick gold? I don't have a strong ship because I sold it for more gold. I'm only 4,000 gold away from a war frigate.

I would go on a friends boat and tell them to get the max amount of royals. That normally gives around 2000 gold if in a War Frigate or War Galleon.

I don't think you can do it by glitching anymore.
I suggest you play blackjack at the Ratskellar or Skull's Thunder on Padres del Fuego. There, you can bid 500 gold. Makes it quick.

A great way to get gold is public ships, tell the captain of the ship that you need gold, and to port when it's full royals. Not always the case, I do not recommend Abassa server.

Tom Sharkwash has the truth of it. High levels in our guild often take out ships for Plunder and to help our mates level thier cannons. 2k is an average load with a full cargo that is mostly royals. You can make 4-6k an hours doing this pretty easily. Faster if you are not leveling cannons and the captain uses broadsides to speed things up.

Ok thank you all. I'm gonna try to get my guild to help out a little bit. Most of us have war frigates. I tried poker but I usually loose money in it.

Another way would to find someone willing to give you some gold. Sit down at the poker table, and raise until the computers fold, then just keep going until you get what you need, and have the other player fold.

I lost just alot of gold from stinkin pistol quest. It sort of went up. But I'll have to check. How about on Antik on the 4th at 7:00 (pacific standard time).

Looks like you got her all set up TSC. And to my knowledge, you all listed the two best ways to make fast gold.

1. Sail on a war ship for a cargo made up of Royals only.
2. Play poker on PDF with a gold rich friend who is willing to share their wealth. (remember to chat to each other to indicate when to fold and when not to)

If ye got alot of cheat cards, I always found it quite profitable to play Blackjack on PDF following the Blackjack guide here on POF. Blackjack Guide
A little luck helps, but if you have a good bunch of cheat cards, and get skillful using them, fills your pockets with gold quickly.

Zeppers that sounds like a good idea, but I'm just scared that I'm gonna loose gold from cheating lol. Usually when I'm playing it the first couple rounds are great, then I just get the worst cards you could imagine with the dealer having blackjack and or the computer having black jack. But I'm gonna check out that guide anyways lol.

This is how I got to max gold. I went to Tormenta and killed all the lvl 50s with siege. Go sailing and attack the Navy War Gallean flag ship sailing by Outcast, Tormenta. Or go to this link and play Cannons of the deep. You can get up to 100 gold ever 30 seconds and give your Pirate up to 1k gold a day. For more info on that go to Cannons of the deep form. go on a public war boat, with little to no cargo. I get about 1000-2000 gold each time.

Go onto public ships and sail for the big ones. It will get you some rep and some good gold.
