Jolly Roger is turning up the heat with invasions, making all the Pirates of the Caribbean work that much harder to survive. Take advantage of this rare opportunity to gain more experience and level up your weapons in preparation for the battles ahead!




During this weekend (December 19 and 20) when you sharpen your skills by defeating an enemy, sinking a ship or completing a Quest you'll earn DOUBLE the normal experience points for doing it! Don't miss out - we pity the poor Pirate without experience when he meets Jolly Roger! Join us this weekend!

Sunday, December 20 (12PM - 3PM) Unlimited Access Members only

All times Pacific (Los Angeles Time Zone)

I hope the double rep count in invasion rep too.

If I used my double rep I saved from fathers day could I get... Quadruple rep?? LOL

How long will it last?

It will last for 3 hours between 12pm and 3pm PST both days. Not sure how that equates to a weekend, but alas - 3 hours.

why dont they just call it "3 hour rep days" lol:laughks2: They should have just made it an "all weekend thing" though.:sadmh9:

Sweet! Guess i know what im doing this weekend! I could defiantly use some of that rep since im still level 40 with weaps. at 25.

Woot!!! Maybe Swashy the buckler II could use the fathers day x2 rep + x2 rep weekend =x4 rep!!!

I highly doubt you could use those and get 4x Rep... But let me know if it works, I still have some 2x Rep stored.

I was all excited till I saw this part:

All the double rep weekends before have been for the WHOLE weekend. A lot of people won't even be able to use this meager amount because of real life conflicts. This isn't a double rep weekend, its just 2 double rep moments that happen on the weekend.

Sometimes I think they are trying to tick people off.

I agree with Dan. Most people won't even be able to get on for that short amount of time.
I don't think i'll be able to make that, wish it were the whole weekend

Yeah, Noticed I had to be somewhere on saterday... So sunday May work for me...

I'll be able to make it, which is good for me, bad for others.

I think I'll be using the rep to master my grenades, seeing as I don't like procrastinating when it comes to them. Maybe the staff and dagger a bit, too.

I wonder why they aren't doing the rep for longer. It would make more sense to do it for the whole weekened and not a few hours at a time.

This way Disney can schedule the invasions around the double rep windows. Can you imagine three invasions on both saturday and sunday and rep at 2000 each the doubled? 24000 rep!!! Some people level fast already and then delete their pirates to make more or stand around bored and complain that next story chapter is not ready.

I personally do not like to level up quickly, but it happens and then I must delete.

I might work on grenades for my middle level pirate or just dust off my level 50 and help others.:skull:

If I'm able to get on, I'll work on quests (on characters that have them), at least then I'd actually get EXTRA rep. Double rep on weapons isn't anything extra - it just speeds up the leveling process. I really don't care to grind still; I just level them up when it happens and concentrate on having fun.

I am sick of my own gamer self-pity. You know...finding fault in everything that isn't exactly what I want as a faithful, loyal-to-a-fault, TEN DOLLARS A MONTH PAYING member of the POTCO community.

Give me pretty new hallways filled with enemies and call them caves? I will complain that the enemies are too aggressive. Lower aggression and I will say, "Not aggressive enough! TOO EASY!"

Stuff like that. But they make it kind of easy don't they?

They announce a Double Rep Weekend! There should be dancing in the streets people. Wait...what? 6 hours? A day? that's cool. No...The whole weekend? Wow...Great...uhm..thanks?

Disney! Listen up. What are the chances that I will be out of the house from 2 PM til 5 PM Central Time on the last Saturday before Christmas? And Sunday? Anything happen on Sundays between those hours? Ever? Not just during football season...

I am done whining. Until they do something like this again...But I always say, "Never complain unless you offer a solution." So here is my solution:

Extend the Double Rep Weekend to 48 hours. Because that's how many hours are in a weekend. And Disney? Please remember that while kids may be your target audience, kids don't have credit cards and PayPal accounts. Ya know?
