Can't log into test?
 

Well I just got back and now I want to log onto test.
But there is a problem!!!
When I log on it verifies my password and then I get a loading circle for ever.
Does anyone else that has test have these problems???

Ok, cross your fingers! Maybe this is the long awaited update.... MAYBE.

My Wife and I have both tried, we both get the same result. If they actually load an update maybe I'll start playing again. I have moved onto Warcraft recently.

Aye, just tried my Test account and go the bad account ID message. ~.^

I am no longer able to login to test either on any of my accounts.

Did they just start going and deleting accounts?

No, don't worry Zep... your account will be back and just fine, probably tomorrow. It's a bug. (send bug report)

Edit: Well, I think they got half the accounts fixed today, so looking forward to the other half (the one I am actually playing on lately) being fixed tomorrow.

I was finally able to log back into test this morning

i wish disney would actually post release notes BEFORE 5 million people can get on and go crazy

I can't log on. It says my account password was wrong when it wasn't.

EDIT: Yep, they're having server problems. I guess all I have to do is wait until they get it fixed.

P.S. If you can't log on, like me, the person I called said that sending a bug report would be the right thing to do. Logging on POTCO, if you can, is the exact opposite of what they want us to do.

Had the same problem 2 days ago...couldn't log into test. But it was fine yesterday. Haven't tried today, though...things could have changed....

Took me about 6-7 tries, but I finally got test to launch update and load again.

It kept crashing. Im thinking their new launcher is a bit buggy.. hehe.

Had problems again...had to try at least 4 times before I finally got logged in...
Very frustrating....ARGH!!!

However, after taking the steps to sort that out I still can't get the launcher working on a regular basis for the TEST game. It is almost impossible to log in now.

I finally was able to log in today after doing a complete reinstall of the game, can anyone else get in without having to go that far right now?

Well, I tried that earlier on the Mac, but that did not work, had to go do the complete reinstall.

I suspected something with the options files.

I would guess the new launcher saves another bit of information in those files, and is trying to wipe out the old, and start with a new.

I figured this out as I had successfully ran test, then switched to my 2nd account, and had to go through the whole process again, go figure, arent the files up to date already? I think the new launcher is having issues creating/writing the game config files.

I was able to log in tonight, after not bbeing able to for 3 days. It appeared to do a small update, didn't say anything about the launcher needing updated, then took me to the pick a pirate screen just fine.

Windows version finally working without having to do anything, and the cannon bug is now fixed!

I did the launcher update a few days ago, and after re-booting was able to log in again.

Just tried to login now and got the "bad id/password" error message again.

Here you go. Alternatively, if you delete all of the files/folders in the "C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\PiratesOnline_Test" folder EXCEPT for the launcher (launcher1.exe I think), the launcher will re-download the game the next time you open it.

Had the same problem tonight...Bad username & ID....It seems fickled!! Didn't have a problem for 2 days...
