Click to Quick Reply?

I have to pick a post to Quick Reply to? Why is this?? I'm not sure I like that. Can it be updated to be like VMKF?

Since the threads haven't been all jumbled up like on VMKf, I think it will be a good idea to use the reply button here. It helps to make long threads make sense.

It's like that on TTC too, isn't it? Personally, I don't find it to be a problem. I just click the first quick reply button I see, type my post, and submit it. Just like on VMKF, only instead of having to scroll all the way down to post, you can simply have it scroll down to the quick reply box for you. ^_^

Ye know, I never learned how to use the Quick reply. I just like to hit the big reply button.

I think that it is easier to hit this baby up with a click.

I find no problem. ;) I just click "Post Reply", but you can use this to activate the quick reply like Lassie said: http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/f...quickreply.gif

I never got the concept of Quick Reply. What does it do? How does it differ from regular posts?
I never used it...

I used to use the old fashioned reply a lot. Then I got used to Quick Reply thanks to other sites and have used it ever since.

With Quick Reply you could just reply in the box all the way at the bottom of the thread and reply. You didn't have to pick WHICH reply you wanted to reply to. I guess because people view the threads in different views it does make it easier. I have mine set to just show me the newest threads at top. Easiest for me :)

Oh I get it. Maybe I'll use Quick Reply soon ;)
Thanks for the info.

I have the same feelings. I'm not totally in love with having to click, but if I must I must
