The Brethren Court
What is the Brethren Court?:
For the passed few months a gathering of guilds has been taking place with the purpose to think up ideas for player held events. Events that will make game play more fun for all those mates with max skills and nothing to do! Let’s face it, Disney has a limited capacity for the amount activities mates can do at high levels, and so, to combat this cycle of boredom, a new wind is blowing. The ideas set forth by certain Guild Masters, coming together, creating new activities for mates to participate in, has led to the formation of The Brethren Court. This alliance of guilds seeks to make a difference for the sake of having FUN! Welcome to any pirate wanting to experience a different side to the game. Guilds represented in the Court have agreed to do their part to for this vision to become history in the making. **THIS IS IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM A KNOCK AGAINST DISNEY! WE ALL LOVE POTCO AND UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY GAME HOLDS ITS LIMITATIONS. THIS IS SIMPLY A WAY TO CREATE MINI-GAMES WITHIN THE GAME FOR PLAYERS TO ENJOY AND HAVE A FULLFILMENT OF GAME PLAY BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THE GAME'S DESIGN** **GLITCHES OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED AT ANY!!! BRETHREN COURT HELD EVENT** Guild Masters & Representatives: (in no particular order) · Roxanna Redcrow – Clan Storm · Red Shirt – Pirates of V M K · Jeanne Keelbane & Captain Ron – River Renegades · Eliza Creststeel – Elite Thievery Co. · Bill Ropeburn & Eva Jewel – Black Shark Inc. · Tin-Man – No Hearts of Ten · Johnny O’Fish – The Electric Fish · Samantha & Skullhead – Anchor Management · Kyle Swordhunter – Timber Tigers · Ally & White Zombie – The Hero · Jack Sharkfury – Fearless Demons · Charlotte Heartsilver – Masters O’Bravery · Commodore Zeke – Rogues of Fortune · Bartholomew Foulsteel & Li Wildtimbers – Black Bart’s Krewe · Maya Mara – New Padres Pirates · Lawrence Lockshot – The Savvy · Darman Skirata – The Mandolorians · Chele Dreadskull – The Thieves Den · Blade – El Toro · Hector Swordmonger – Everyone Sinks · Bartholomew Ironwallace – The Kry of Angels · Johnny Ironmonk – Rawgers Jollies · Tha Cannon – Tha Warriors ( My apolgies if i have missed anybody from this list, it is being updated daily ) Player Held Pirate Events: Server : KOKOAGO · Rumrunner’s Rally (week of 6/28/09 – 7/05/09) - Ship vs. Ship Race, Grand Prix Style, using Light Sloops ONLY. Teams are to be divided equally based on number of Captains per team. When the teams are established, and ships are launched, each Team is to then line up on each side of the island facing Port Royal. One team lined up on the east side, and one team on the west side. Sides can be decided by coin toss. (East Side of the Island is considered the “Outside Lane”. NO FIRING OF ANY KIND WILL BE TOLERATED BEFORE THE RACE HAS BEGUN! ANY SHIP CAUGHT FIRING WILL BE GIVEN A WARNING. A SECOND OFFENSE WILL BE GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE RACE. When each team is in place and is ready, a Neutral Ship sitting just south of Devil’s Anvil (Race Officials) will call on the a spokesperson from each team to check their readiness status. When both teams are ready, the neutral ship will fire its deck cannons (Fury Rounds so everybody can see), Starting the race, both teams may then hoist sails and commence firing at each other. The RACE COURSE is south to Port Royal, keeping the island to the RIGHT side, and using it as a turn to go around and loop up to Tortuga. Keeping the island to the RIGHT side, the racers will round Tortuga and head south again to Devil’s Anvil, keeping the Island to the RIGHT side. The Racer’s will go passed the starting signal ship to gain credit for their lap. Racers must perform THREE LAPS, and the first across the line on the Third lap is WINNER. IF a ship is sunk during the progress of the race, the Racer is allowed to return to Devil’s Anvil, Pass the Starting Signal Ship, and resume the lap they were on. SHIPS MAY NOT FIRE ON EACH OTHER IF LEAVING THE PVP ISLANDS AND MAKING THEIR WAY BACK TO THE RACE COURSE. Is this by invite only?
|
umm wheres the krewe on here?!?!?!?!? ps i vote the krewe should be one of nine pirate lords along with deuces wild and high sea pilagers
|
I think you have to sign up Davy.
BTW... What about the Rogues of Fortune? We'll get a subforum soon. |
Roxi,
Love ya hun for these great ideas. Elite Thievery Co. is happy to be a part of this and will help in any way to add more pirate events. BBK's relay race from their BBQ would be a good event to do sometime. Pirate Olympics with events like (Fencing [PvP Cutlass Only], Ship Races, Grenade Toss, Foot Races, Relays, etc.) would be a good social event for various guilds. http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/f...pictureid=2029 |
Rogues of Fortune will try to show up, but I need more info on when stuff takes place.
We shall do our best. Zeke |
You have fun with that and I wish you the BEST of luck!
/me runs away very fast |
I'll tell ye what, Davy. Let me talk with the Krewe's IC before we get volunteered into anything.
Chris, I know what ye mean, mate! |
Aye, this will be fun. Be just like outta the movies.
|
I don't think PIC (PNC) will be taking place in this. There was 1st Bretheren Court and i'll leave it at that.
But im not sure. Im sure when Del gets back i'll ask him. And we need to talk to some Officers first. |

Update
Quote:
No, it is not by invite only. All guilds are welcome so long as they can bring forth a spokesperson. We be asking that any guild wishing to participate, send forth thar GM or an Officer that can speak for the guild. Look for a GM on the list above to contact in-game. OR Get with Eliza Creststeel if ye know her in Game and she can try to put you in touch with me, Roxanna Redcrow, for more details. I will try to put as much info in these posts as possible and keep the lists up to date with the guilds involved. As for the motions on the court floor, ideas presented here and in game are all welcome and appreciated. We will hold what disscussion we can in the forums. At the current time, the motion to vote for Pirate Lords is still just an ember in the fire. Debate needs to take place as to what should define a Pirate Lord in the first place, before we go voting people in. Suggestions for requirements are welcome and will be taken into consideration. As for meeting times, basically, as pirates, tis a feat unto itself getting a group of mates organized on a mass scale. Therefore, most of the meetings will take place in game when enough members are present to hold Court. We shooting for Mondays and Wednesdays evenings. We have a fair mix of players from both coasts, so times are Central Standard time USA. Events and Meetings will be in the evenings with a window from 7 pm - 9 pm. If enough members are gathered for a meeting, and enough details for an event are in place, IF enough mates can be gathered, the Events will take place on the spot. I will be updating the Events Description Roster as the week progresses, to give mates an idea of what the Events entail and mates are more than welcome to try them and test the ideas out however they like. We trying to start a trend here mateys! These events, when enough support is gathered, can be held on a regular basis and at our leisure. Stay tuned for more updates! TY all for your interest and feedback! :SkullBullet1: |
I'll sign up for it.
Rogues of Fortune - Commodore Zeke |

Arr what a sight indeed!
The Port Royal / Tortuga Blockade made history AND stopped Navy and EITC shipping lanes cold in their wakes! Three Cheers to all those mates sticking it to the King of England! Hip Hip Hazzah! Quote:
So long as he be speaking for the guild, tis all savvy with the rest of us! :4th: |
I wish you all the best!
Having seen 3-4 "The Brethren Courts" in POTCO... (very popular idea), I am so confused now! (pretty easy for this ole fart) Have fun mateys!!! |

Great job organizing that! Congrats to the winners!
|

Update!!!
Avast ye shark toothed sea dogs!
First off, a HUGE THANK YOU to all those mates that participated in last week's meeting and event. The turn out was a grand sight to see! PLEASE POST SCREEN SHOTS FROM THE MEETING AND EVENTS!!! Lets see what you got mateys! As for the event, a round of congrats! be in order for Trouble of Black Shark Inc. and her crew, Winners of the First ever Rumrunner's Rally. We learned a lot from this first meeting and event. The meeting spot for the Brethren Court has been moved to a bigger location, and one without Jack the Monkey!!! Also, and altough the turn out for the meeting was great, it was a little overwhelming when it came time to hold the meeting and put forth the motions that needed to be discussed. We did however manage to get the first rule of the Code of the Court Established and voted upon. (I will be adding a posting with the Code of the Court once the code has been discussed and established hopefully by next week) AS FOR THE MOTION OF VOTING FOR PIRATE LORDS! THE MOTION HAS BEEN STRUCK FROM THE FLOOR! The reason for such being, voting for a Pirate Lord would exclude other guilds from getting such a title as well as cause internal strife , conflict, and unneccessary drama. The title was to be ceremonial in nature with the purpose of said mates helping organize and plan for upcomming events. We need volunteers to help run logistics for meetings and events! This will be brought to motion at the next Brethren Court meeting. NEXT MEETING OF THE BRETHREN COURT BE WEDNESDAY 7/08/09 @ 7pm Central Standard Time. WE ASK THAT EACH GUILD BRING ONLY 2 (TWO) REPRESNTATIVES FROM THEIR GUILD SO THE PACE OF THE MEETING WILL GO FASTER AND WE CAN GET TO THE EVENT QUICKER. EVENT TO TAKE PLACE AFTER THE MEETING. SERVER: KOKOAGO THIS WEEK's EVENT : SHIPT TOWN and WARSHIP BLOCKADES TOPICS for the Meeting: Establish the Code to the Court Again, as stated in previous posts, if your guild be interested in participating in the Brethren Court, please get with a member from the list on the firs post, or reply in this thread. Hope to see you all at the next meeting! :4th: |
thanx Roxy for the heads up on the next meeting. due to puter issues (puter decided to put on its own fireworks display), I wont be able to attend the meeting. Might be able to talk a few guild mates (officers that is) to take me place until i get back (on a borrowed puter that dont like pirates very much).
Thanx again for teh great night we had during the first meeting Li. |
As I am suffering from computer issues, Jason and Linds Jayspice or John Walker will be attending to represent Rogues of Fortune.
|
even though i wasn't added to the list ill be there.
|

Will look forward to seeing your mates there! :SkullBullet1: Quote:
Ahoy thar Skirata Clan! Sorry about not adding ye to the list earlier mateys. It has been recently updated and The Mandolorians are welcomed to the Court! Looking forward to seeing you mates at the next meeting! :SkullBullet1: |
Charlotte Firemenace and another BBK Officer may be taking my place at the meeting until I get new puter in. This pirate out to puter issues as well.
Li |
PIC and PNC's officers and GM talked and we have decided not to take place in this.
|
Thanks for the heads up, Rox! Will mention this to my guildies tonight!
|
Quote:
ARR PIC! Sorry to hear that mates. Yer mates are still welcome to attend the events if they would like to participate, even though ye don't wish to be official members of the Court. Invitation remains open, however, if ye mates change yer mind at a later date. :SkullBullet1: |
Ahoy Roxy.
You can add The Thieves Den to your Brethren List. SOS and I will be the reps. Chele |
Quote:
Thanks a bunch for yer interest Chele! Got yer guild added to the list above and look forward to seeing you and your mates at the next meeting! :SkullBullet1: |
My second pirate, Goopy Water Coaster, will bring his guild of one to the meeting tomorrow :).
If you wouldn't mind, my second pirate only has a light sloop (and is level one), so could I bring my first pirate to the blockade event (Captain Water Coaster)? He is a Rogue. |
Update!!!
Ahoy ye pirate mateys far and wide!
We gather again today for the 2nd meeting of the Brethren Court. We ask that each guild bring forth 2 representatives to speak for their guild, so that matters may procede a pace, and we may get underway with the Event, once the meeting is concluded. DATE: WEDNESDAY 7/08/09 TIME: 7pm CENTRAL SERVER: KOKOAGO LOCATION: KINGSHEAD, ROOM WITH ALL THE CRATES AND SUNKEN FLOOR Topics Before the Court: Establishing the Code of the Court - The first law of the code was put forth and voted upon last week and passed with overwhelming majority. -Establish the other laws of the code, for the benefit of the greater good. -Open the floor to new motions. -Conclude Meeting and gather for the Event. EVENT: WARSHIP BLOCKADE After the meeting we will TP to Cuba to begin gathering for the Warship Blockade. The Blockade will stretch shore to shore from Cuba to Tortuga! Inform your mates that we will need all the help we can get AFTER the meeting. Bring yer own RUM! TAKE LOTS OF SCREEN SHOTS TO BE POSTED HERE IN THIS THREAD PLEASE!!! We be making HISTORY mates! See you at the meeting! :SkullBullet1: |
i think I will perhaps take a peek in with Zeke if he's there
|
Sorry, roxy..I had planned to attend in place of Li, but RL has a hold on me...hopefully Char will be there to represent the Krewe. Have a good meeting!
|
I liked the event and the idea behind this court even more... However I do see some flaws in this idea that can bring this down before it even starts.
1) I think one rep per guild will make this a lot faster, because I saw guilds just backing their own views and then rooting for themselves. 2) Everyone present was following the 1st and 2nd Code... then as it came time to finish it became a brawl. Staffs, guns, and bombs were all about. 3) The one reason that concerns me deeply is the fact that some guilds ( don't know who and don't care why) either don't like each other or don't trust each other. Everyone thinks they will be crossed... just like pirates yes. But it will defeat the purpose of this Court. Events like SvS should be done with teams with members of different guilds and randomly selected. This will at least try to heal those wounds. And create friendships and brotherhood between each other. We are stronger in group. Divide and Conquer... anyone? Look at the regatta or this blockade. How impressive were those sites. I really think that this is a great idea. I believe that TOGETHER we can accomplish it. |
I agree with Skirata. Except I think these things need to be discussed outside of the game. First off the Filtering system is going to make real discussions difficult as they filter the silliest of stuff sometimes (oh who am i kidding, a lot of times). Also it is not always possible for every representative to be present at the meetings due to real life issues.
As soon as events were mentioned we had certain people getting really defensive and talking about cheating etc. While this is a valid concern, it is one that can be worked out if we lay out a lot of options and then work through them until a solution is found. Almost every option layed out was met with negativity from some source or another before it was even given a chance. How do we know that randomly assigning ppl to different ships isn't going to keep anyone from cheating? We haven't tried it yet. Once we do and if we find it doesn't work, then we try something else. I do realize that some guilds that have joined this have a history of animosity and distrust. If those guilds have joined this court as a means to get at each other and continue that animosity they maybe need to just sit out. Because it sounds to me this was meant to be a guild bonding experience. I also believe that if guilds find they just cannot work together and have fun with this in the lighthearted manner it is meant to be experienced, they should back out and not ruin the fun for everyone else. If the problems stem from individual pirates, well the guild they belong to should be held accountable for their actions. There are a lot of solutions that could be had for many of the concerns that will come up in the court. We need to try these solutions out and have patience with it until the right one is found. We don't need a bunch of ppl shouting right off that "that's not going to work" until we actually do discover that Hey, that didn't work. |

I know that I am not a part of this, but may I make a few suggestions?
1) Instead of trying to hold meetings in game to discuss your business, lay out your rules, etc., why don't you all use a different chat system? irc, or even Yahoo chat have the ability to hold group, or conference chat. That way, you don't have to tie up a server or worry about chat filtering. It may be a problem if some of your representatives can't or aren't allowed to use outside chat systems, but it is, afterall, just a suggestion. 2) I would heartily agree that you need to have your rules in place before you go much further. A couple of items to consider would be the processes involved in allowing new membership, and in how to remove someone if need be. 3) If one of your goals is to unite the guilds for common fun events, then you should consider a rule that everyone from a single guild be split apart. Otherwise, it will turn into a competition. 4) If you are seeking competition, then you need to consider the size of each individual guild or alliance. 5) Don't totally give up on your original concept of "Pirate Lords". (Maybe the title isn't the right one to use, Alliance Leaders, or Court Advocates, maybe?) But any group that is going to be worth anything and last does need some leadership. Whether it is elected, appointed, or just assumed. Remember, it's just a game! Good Luck and Have fun. |
Last nights suggested ground rules.
I am Maya Mara, I took the floor last night to try to further establish some ground rules that we could all trust in to make a smoother event, and yes I found it difficult and the outcome wasnt conclusive but it raised the point of change.
Those that harbour distrust and have 'issues' with certain others may feel just in their argument and that it is with good reason that those anymosities exist. We do have a rich history of svs developing, its hard for some to put asside old issues BUT the very fact we are all there and giving these events the time of day shows that we all feel change is due, and, again as we all know change will happen regardless, it makes good sense that we are all influential in that change. We can all sit on the old 'issues' we have with each other, we can all succumb yet again to the intimidation of accusations of cheating and glitching, and yes indeed some can be audacious enough to attempt to use them in the event, BUT we have to make a conscious effort to do our part in making a change that IS going to happen regardless of whether it is resisted or not. If you want a clean game you have to play a clean game, if you want a drama free one you have to not enter into moments of drama, if you want to be trusted you have to make a leap of faith and show trust in others, that may start here with Roxanna and the concept of what she is trying to achieve, if you want to establish an event where these issues are left aside, even if its only for the duration of the event it has to come from each and every one of us. That is not to say that how we arrived at our individual standings in the game should be dismissed either, each guild has its own identity and strengths those differences are very important and what makes any competetive event successful. Thankyou Skirata and the rest of you for your attendance at the meet and event and for your comments here. I also agree with Skirata on all points made although I would like to see us all act better on trust before we offer out of game contact with each other. Maya |
Kind of sad I was unable to be there, but two of my most trusted officers were in attendance and were NOT extremely optimistic about all the bickering.
Giving people the title of Lord may be too much to ask. The original Brethren of the Coast was assembled to make sure ALL benefited. This group was intended to promote the guild 'experience'. Some can take that as having positive competition or rivalry and others take it as cooperative efforts for all to benefit, obviously some will always find the negative or reason to suspect deception. Unfortunately, there are legitimate reasons for suspicion as some take their PvP rivalries to a more intense level. Perhaps such direct PvP and SvS activities should be not currently be considered. Personally, I have no issue with ETC members enjoying direct competition but I have encountered so many cheats and bad sports in my own experiences as too limit my desire to do them anymore. But, in the context of the Brethren - those squabbles need to stop at the door. And if some guilds have the goal of destroying other organizations - they should not be welcome. |
Agreed entirley Eliza ...
.... in the context of the Brethren - those squabbles need to stop at the door. And if some guilds have the goal of destroying other organizations - they should not be welcome.[/QUOTE] Maya |
I like the idea of a combo - maybe a chat outside the game - using one of the resources listed above - so we can discuss and go over details. Then the final say is in the game...
It was way too fun to see everyone together. :) I also think that two members of each guild is a good idea. See ya'll later :) |
Update!!!
YO HO! Me Mateys of the Brethren Court!!!
First and foremost a BIG THANK YOU! to all the mates that attened last week's meeting and event. The turnout was amazing! Never before has a line ships so long been assmembled on the high seas, and altough we did not quite make the gap, (we fell about 20 ships short of reaching the shores of Cuba from Tortuga) nevertheless, it was a feat of outstanding proportions! STILL WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO UPLOAD A SCREEN SHOT OF THE EVENT PLEASE!!! MOTIONS PASSED ON THE FLOOR: 2ND LAW OF PIRATA CODEX (the code) OF THE BRETHREN COURT PASSED WITH OVERWHELMING MAJORITY: NO WEAPONS SHALL BE DRAWN WHILST THE MEETING OF THE BRETHREN COURT. VIOLATERS WILL BE GIVIN WARNING THEN ASKED TO LEAVE IF FURTHER DISRUPTIONS CONTINUE. GUILD CONSEQUENCES APPLY. AS TO ALL THE COMMENTS REGUARDING LAST WEEK'S MEETING! THIS is what I'm talking about!!! It is such an honor to read all of the wonderful feedback and great suggestions we are receiving in this post! It shows that a lot of you mates have your thinking caps on and this is EXACTLY the intent of this Court. The cry for change is obvious! By what we see here, and what we hear in the meeting (aside from all of the dispute and defensive posturing), what work that is being done is happening in the spirit of Brethrenhood! :buds: It is a challenge for us ALL to work together for the benefit of the greater good. In a MMORPG there are Gamers and there are Role Players. Mixing the two has always been like mixing water and oil, due to the simple fact of preference. POTCO is one of the only games i've seen thus far where the simplicity of the game play compliments the aspect of Role Play very well. (Bravo Disney!) To be fair to all, and handle situations in a mature and responsible manner which is fair to ALL involved, A Steering Comittee of some sort will be necessary to insure the smooth and successful runnings of Events, moreso, events that are competition based. CONFLICTS BETWEEN GUILDS NEED TO BE LEFT AT THE DOOR BY ORDER OF ALL GUILD MASTERS PARTICIPATING IN THE COURT!!! ITS SIMPLE FOLKS, THIS CONCEPT IS BY PARTICIPATION ONLY SO LONG AS YE BE RESPECTING THE LAWS OF THE COURT!!! GUILD MEMBERS THAT PARTICIPATE IN ANY EVENT ARE EXPECTED TO RESPECT THE CODE. NOT DOING SO NOT ONLY BRINGS SHAME UPON YOURSELF, BUT YOUR GUILD, YOUR GUILD MASTER, AND THE ENTIRE COURT AS WELL. WE ARE NOT DOING THIS TO BABYSIT OR NURTURE FEELINGS OF HOSTILITY TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER!!! MATES NOT REPSPECTING THE CODE WILL BE SUBJECT TO REPREMAND BY THEIR GUILD MASTERS, INCLUDING DEMOTION, SUSPENSION FROM GUILD, OR BAN FROM GUILD DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF DISRUPTIONS. GUILD MASTERS WHO DO NOT DISCIPLINE THEIR GUILD MATES CAUSING DISRUPTIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A VOTE BAN OUT OF THE BRETHREN COURT AND WILL NO LONGER BE WELCOME AT EVENTS OR MEETINGS UNTIL SUCH ACTION IS TAKEN TO PROVE THEMSELVES WILLING TO FOLLOW THE CODE OF THE COURT. AT WHICH POINT A VOTE OF GUILDMASTERS WILL DETERMINE IF THE GUILD IS ALLOWED BACK IN. SO SAYS I! As for a combo communications network. I like the idea in principle, but, it was brought up that not all guild masters would be able or willing to use outside game communication. That is the other purpose for this forum thread. Granted it is not an instant messenger system or real time communication, however it does give us a week inbetween IN GAME COURT Meetings to discuss and banter about matters discussed on the floor at the Meetings. I ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU GUILD MASTERS OUT THERE TO BE POSTING YOUR COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS ON MATTERS CONCERNING THE COURT IN THIS THREAD UNTIL A MORE VIABLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION CAN BE ACCESSED, ASIDE FROM IN GAME COMMUNICATION. The In Game meetings is a great show of support for the ideas we be promoting here within. FOR THE TIME BEING, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE HAS BEEN POSTED, WE SHALL HOLD MEETINGS AND EVENTS EVERY WEDNESDAY, 7 PM CENTRAL, TO GET MATES USED TO THE IDEA OF SCHEDULED EVENT AND MEETING DAYS. 2 MATES PER GUILD FOR THE MEETING PLZ! GUILD MASTER + 1 OFFICER OR SPEAKER. 2 MATES ONLY PER GUILD PLZ! ENFORCE THIS WITH YOUR GUILD MATES THAT TEND TO POP IN AND ASK WHAT'S GOING ON DURING THE MIDDLE OF A MEETING. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESPECT THE SPEAKER HOLDING THE FLOOR PRESENTING THEIR IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS. DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT SIMPLY BUTT IN WITH AN OBJECTION. WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED UPON AND RECOGNIZED BY THE HOST OF THE MEETING TO TAKE THE FLOOR WITH YOUR COUNTER-STATEMENT. THE MEETING WILL GO MUCH FASTER THIS WAY IF ORDER IS MAINTAINED TO A PIRATES STANDARDS, AND NOT A GROUP OF MONKEYS. As for the subject of Pirate Lord. It would appear that such a title is a bit premature, if not already reserved in a way it would seem for "Founders" that were the first to play the game. We do not wish to alienate the powers of imagination that some mates could bring to the table, but may be cut out, since they do not hold a title such as "Pirate Lord". It is for this reason, and has been discussed by several of the guild masters, that titles of esteem be earned by badges of effort. WE WANT YOU! TO VOLUNTEER! YOUR TIME AND IDEAS to create the Steering Committee that will plan, organize, and drive these MASS player events. Lets face it, some mates just want to have fun and play the events and not get bored down with the logistics of planning. On the other hand, there are those with a driving passion to help out in any way they can, and those be the mates we looking for on the Steering Committee (that's just the name be given it for now, we can debate the name later lol). These would be the mates needing a good line of communication both in game, and in THIS forum! until such a ways of IM can be established. Contact me in game, send me a PM on the forum, or leave a reply here in this thread stating your wish to HELP out! Be part of the pirate machine that be driving towards making a difference! Won't the scheduled maintenance affect the event?
|
The maintenance times are in Pacific times. So, it will start at like 10 pm central time for the maintenance.
When will you decide the positions roxy? |
Thanks for the update. And TSC, I doubt that the maintenance will effect it, its at midnight EST, so thats.. 11 central?
|
Maintenance won't start until 12am EST, 11pm CST, 10pm MST, 9pm PST...
|
The Maintenance WILL NOT be causing a problem for our meeting and event.
We were going to do 2 Events, but given the nature of our time constraints, we will limit it only to the one for this week. Quote:
I'll Open the floor for discussion on Steering Committee Positions. Sorry I've not had time to post an application form yet for new guilds and for the steering committee. I hope to have them up by weeks end. :SkullBullet1: |

|
Can I be the Keeper of The code?

Roxi,
I think to help minimize the crowding, only myself or my second-in-command will attend future meetings. I apologize for a third ETC member showing up - he's every eager to be officer material. |

This is starting to look a lot better, I think that Miss Redcrow is doing a great job. I think that a new thread should be started just for events and The Code. A screenshot section as been created along with a Members List. I think that the purpose of this thread is done, so lets branch out. Items will be copied into other threads. Thanks you all in the name of our Leader Roxy Redcrow.

hey guys grats on the sub forum! just wanted to say that
|
Three cheers for Roxi!
It's been a hard row to hoe, but she's been blazing a trail and asking us to follow. For those who have issues with the Court, you DON'T HAVE TO COME. One big chair for Roxi! You need to sit down and catch a little rest, hun. You been workin' hard. |
