I was just wondering. Did you make your character look like you in real life? Me, I just made mine look piratey :laughks2:

For me personally.......... it would be real hard.

Well...When I first made my pirate, I tried to make him look like me (short :p)

But theres really no way Disney will let us make our pirates really look like us in real life.

Well it was sort of a yes and no for me.. at first, i attempted to make me pirate resemble myself. But once I was done I realized it looked NOTHING like me so I just gave up :D lol Me pirates just be a bunch of randomly selected features :)

Yeah, mine resembles me, but Disney's idea of what women are shaped like is twisted! Its either gnome, amazon, pre-puberty, or centerfold. LOL Go figure... I went with the non-centerfold body type, because I assumed most players would choose that one.

But, shes got the dark hair, dark eyes, and such! =)

I tried to make my character resemble me but the options are very limited lol.
On my first pirate, I made the hair and eyes the same but on the second I didn't bother trying. I thought it was more fun to just make her however I wanted.

i don't have a beard, mustache or a bandanna i just made my pirate look as middle eastern as i could :piratear: :sailr:

Tried but of course disney wont let that happen. I agree with the comment about Disney's idea of what women are shaped like, being twisted!

First one I tried to make look like me (Toby) but it wasn't really successful. Latest one was a group effort by the family (auntie Grizelda) to make one as ridiculous looking as possible.

I tried and thats how I made most of my pirates.

Not even close, except our heights match and we have brown eyes and a nice smile.

Eliza (Long blonde hair, several tattoos, long legs, and curvy build)
JC (Short black hair, no tattoos, thick build... oh and male)


My 2nd pirate, Bucky was my son's creation - but he actually looks a bit like me (if I shed about 40 pounds).

My first pirate looks a bit like me, paunchy, on the tall side and dark haired.
My others don't look at all like me. My second pirate is short, heavy, gray haired and bearded.

I didnt at all try to make my pirate look like me.

I tried, and for a while it did look a little like me. But now I change the hairstyle almost every week so the hair doesn't. Me & my pirate both have blue eyes, and the current hairstyle(long brown hair) looks somewhat like mine, it just needs to be darker brown. Most of the time it's my "imaginary me". lol.

Can't do anything even close with the limited features. Need more options for hair.

I origionally tried to...
then I thought he looked a little boring. So I changed it a little:
Differences: Ed has green eyes, mine are brown
Ed has tatoos
Ed has a longer mustache (I have one, just... barely)
Ed is fatter than me!

actually... he's not that different

The pirates with the name League (2) look like me. The other 7 don't. It's mainly the hair that does it. However, with every other pirate, I wanted to utilize every other pirate shape, size, hair style, hair color, eye color, and whatever else possible. As well, I made one female pirate, with whom I friend no one, as that'd be weird in my eyes.

I think my pirates look "generally" like me (including the 'stach ;) ) - but obvoiusly its not TOTALLY me :D

No way mate! Me pirates be of the piratey persuasion. An if ya be askin me D's idea of guy pirates is pretty twisted too. The guy built like a refrigerator has got a seriously tiny head for the size a them muscles. All brawn no brain perhaps? Then course with all a the runnin they make us do none of us would be o larger stature! And the sword fighting... well, never mind, but none a them shapes D gives look the least bit real to me.:laughks2:

i tried to make the basics look like me. for example hair color, eye color and body type. but other then that it was no use since you cant get to specific. but now i have changed them a lot (hair color and style)

I tried to make my pirate look like me and was generally successful. Well, okay, my pirate is a little (lot...) more muscular than me, but when you consider he runs all over the Caribbean without ever stopping to take a break... so I'd look like that if I had that level of cardiovascular conditioning!

I didn't, but some things are similar.

My Pirate looks exactly like me...

Light color skin redish brown hair & eyes, nice Bod and a large firm chest... "Centerfold type"

Mkay... I think if any human were really shaped like these pirates, they would be considered deformed. LOL

My pirate was design to look better then me, I saw my pirate as what I would want to be if I was a real pirate.

You didn't ask when my pirates looked like me, lol. I used to look like my pirates before 5 babies & lots of years took place!! That includes all hairstyles & colors. I used to be a hair stylist among other professions so I change my hair style & color all the time!!

I tried to make it look somewhat like myself, as far as the facial dimensions, eyes, beard, etc. But unfortunately, my hair is down to my waist and they don't make guy hairstyles anywhere near long enough to look like me.

No, I did not make my pirate look like me. But, this one time I was on Abassa a LONG time ago, some guy came up to me and said, "Dude! You look like an Indian Hulk!" Heh Heh... good times....

I didn't, went for the rougish pirate look with my first pirate and then on the others I tried to make them fit thier names. I think its a lot of fun to create the pirates even if they look a little toonish.

Hehe... if only I looked as buff in real life as me pirate does...

Haha, I bet alot of people try to... but it's practically impossible I guess. I mean, of course you can get the hair and eyes like yours, but everything else.. it's just Disney's work lol. I like my pirate. She resembles me, but not that much :)

Well, I made mine look like me, sorta. Though, not alot of choices on the hair. I usualy don't wear mine up, though I picked the one with the bangs and such.
Disney, you have no idea on what female's look like, do you?
But yes, the face, eyes, height, 'size', are based on myself.
