Problems logging in??
 

I can't log into game, anyone else having probs, or is it just me???

AYE! Finally... I've been looking how to make this thread all morning! I sure do mate... my friend was on pirates well before.... he lost connection and POOF he couldnt get back like the rest of us!

P.S. I STILL WANT MY DOUBLE REP TIME BACK!:hut125:

Thank God for that, I thought I had screwed something up!! A special event and the severs start to creak I think, Thanks guys took a load off my mind!!!
And I agree we want our double rep time back !!!!

When I log in half the time it will not recgonize the account password.... The other half it is verrifying and fails.:sadmh9:

Thats what's happening here, Mate, and all my guild members I have spoken to are getting the same, lol, Big D strikes again!!!, Tee Hee one of my guild members in the US has tried to call Big D, but customer service doesn't open til noon, your time, lol what a joke!!

extension 1+ day for double rep...it will probably close wensday...

Same here and it is really making me mad cause i want to finish off those grenades.

We better get + five days for all this and it didnt happen during unlimited weekend.
Why does it have to happen to us the ones who are paying and deserve a reward.

Aye this just happened to me. Thought it was my date at first then was surprised to find out it wasn't. Yeah if they don't fix it soon they should give us another day next weekend.. (I really don't get on as much during the week as i am able to do on the weekends...)

Yes, so it seems that many of us who were unlimited members, now have only basic access, and of those, many cannot log in.

Pirates on-line customer support is currently closed.

I can only hope that I get my unlimited access back.

And what a complete waste of a double xp weekend. I am very disappointed with the game right now. What a complete let down.

Phew, I was going out of my mind! I thought it was only happening to me.
The day I decide to renew my sub, it all stops working. As soon as I payed, the website stops working. I hope the money went through and I have my sub, otherwise I just wasted my money. :(

Yeah I agree with you guys, a day extra is no good cause most of us have to work, it's about time Big D sorted their server issues out, they must know there will be a hell of a lot more traffic during a special event like Double rep. Lol I'm just pleased I mastered my grenades last night!!

My unlimited access has not expired, it won't until June and I still cannot log in.

Yes, this happened to me. I am fairly disappointed because this was my one chance to master grenades but if this continues, I've lost it. On the other hand I got them from level 16 to 21 so I shouldn't be too upset. I hope it is resolved soon so those who have not benefitted yet have the chance.

So, does anyone out there know if this is going to be fixed, or are the Disney people going to come in Monday morning and go, "Oh... oh well, too bad."

I mean, I am quite upset by this. I mean first I couldn't find that guy on St. Patricks day after running around looking and chasing my tail pretty much all day, and now this.

Well, the tech team prolly just came in and saw hundreds of bug reports and are thinking "uh oh", and will get right on it and figure it out. Hopefully

Whatever the problem is, it is not limited to going ingame. I can't log into open, test, DxD or even the general website. Not sure if there is a major problem with ALL Disney servers, or if it is a common factor problem in the log in. I suspect that there is something wrong with their account log in procedure/script, since it affects all of their different servers.

Not sure about you Basil but it will allow me to log into dxd and the pirates official site...

They just really dont like Basil, I can too just not test or open

Wow I've never gotten this before. Trying to do Live Chat Support and there are 76 customer ahead of me.. now that's a first. lol Usually it connects me right away...

I was just trying to log on but then in the middle of the loading screen it goes straight to "We're sorry, processing your request." below where I log in.

Am I banned?

Am I getting test server access?

or Am I getting banned forever (which would be horrible!)?

Im Sorry... Pirates online gaming has been shutdown... Please call Disney and wait in line for an hour before talking to someone who will say, "Oh we are fixing that have a nice day! " But yes... we are all having problems. Only so few people can get on and when they do, they are limited access. If you know anyone that is on pirates online please tell them to get off so the staff may let everyone on.

I got up early to get with the Krewe and have a guild event. But alas, 'twas not to be.

I was able to log in my daughter's account and she is limited access only and back to level 1? I haven't seen anyone yet with unlimited access in the game. It is so weird.
