POF banner not aligned
I'll keep it short-
Other Disney fan sites with similar format look fine... http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g1...icture3-12.png http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g1...ture2-14-1.png but on POF, the banner is displaced and it sort of throws the site alignment off for me. The content is on left, but banner is way over there on the right. http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g1...Picture4-8.png Anyone know why it looks like this? And if so, anyone know how to fix it (if possible)? I'm running Firefox on a Mac. Site looks fine in Safari, but Safari is incompatible with various sites I need, so I generally don't use it. |
Not sure if this is what you mean:
*Removed pic, needed the space* But if it is... Then perhaps its because your screen is minimized.. If it isn't (which it probably isn't) Then I think I better leave the technical things to those who know it best LOL.. Sorry if that was completely off :laughks2: Ahh well I tried ;) |
This might be a mac only problem, Ill try on my mac tommorow to see.

Mine was like that a few days ago, until I removed some add ons to it. That might not be the case however.

That is wierd.
I would attest it to some issue between Firefox on Mac computers, and handling of CSS coding. Have you tried any of the new skins? POF has new skins, and may be using some more recently established coding specifications. Unfortunately Mac versions of applications tend to be a bit behind in updates, as they are a much smaller target audience. Nothing wrong with Macs, thats just the honest truth. |

I reviewed the header coding and it looks ok to me. I left a note for Nick to take a look at the problem. Hopefully, we can resolve this minor issue soon.

The same thing happens to me here when I use Firefox on Windows. If I use IE, it works though... So I'm guessing it has to do with the configuration of it with Firefox?
