Help needed please
 

I made my yearly donation . and i now have plenty of private messages . LoL and i also now have the abilty to have to a nice signature ... I wish to have the

Dueces wild with the full house of 222 . Can someone help get the link to it please or direct me how to have it done. I have the abilty to do it i just dont know wher to get it now.

Any help in this matter would be appriciate.

Here are the graphics that Mad Ange did for the guild that you see the other Dueces using for their signatures. You can take save that and edit to suit your character or just add text underneath it. Make sure to conform to the signature guidelines (Max 500x200 in size, images and text together).

Save the pic to your puter, upload it to whatever photo editing site you use, edit away, then get the IMG code to add to your sig.

Are you running a MAC or PC? And if you're running a PC, are you using Vista or XP?

I am running a Dell Pc XPS . No MAC ....YUck...LoL....i just can not get it ...i am useally smart about this . i have done these before but what ever i put the copied picture of the sig it does not catch ..LoL... hum ..starnge...

can someone send me the link to the singataure from someone's profile and where does it actully go ... would be good. i can send you my Email if you want to would be able to help ..

Anyone wanting the guild signature graphic that I and others are using:

Go into the DW archive forum;
Look for the thread called "Guild Sig Graphics", posted by Angilique, last posted to on 10/17/08.

Do not use the link from the first post, but look for the one Ange posted with the updated links.

There is also two different methods to use the sig, one set of instructions from Zep, and one from Max. I use the Max version, i.e., I modified the sig on my pc, then uploaded it to an album here on POF, and use the [img] file to link to as my signature.

If you choose the larger version, beware, it is actually a little bigger than the rules permit. I used the larger, but shrank it a tad, before posting it in my album.

The links are the same in Ange's first post and the update she kept the filenames and path the same for anyone who was hot-linking them.

The larger version isn't bigger than the signature guidelines actually. It's 400x170 and the maximum signature size is 500x200. Though everyone's pretty much been using the smaller version (381x100) anyway.

I'd like to say we use the smaller cause we want to save the stress on other people's pc from all our screenie posting, but it's probably cause we have this weird thing about trying to conform to the rules.

And I still thank the lovely Ange for the graphics... miss her too :(

sig still not working....help

Let me see if I can help out with what you need to do.

1. Save the Dueces Wild sig to your computer, somewhere you may find it easily. (I usually save that kind of stuff to my Desktop to start, then move it when I'm done.)
2. Edit it however you would like it, and save it back to the same location you originally did.
3. Go to the Gallery
4. Click the "Upload Photos" button.
5. From there it will ask you which gallery you'd like to save it in. Leave this the same.
6. There will be multiple slots with a "Browse" button beside it. Select browse in *THE FIRST BOX, and find the file where you saved it.
7. Click the upload button of course, and go through the rest of the gallery as it asks until your file is uploaded.
8. You should then be taken to your gallery. Click the thumbnail of your sig.
9. Now you should have the full sig in front of you. Scroll down until you find the http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/g....fileextension
10. Copy this, and goto Edit Signature
11. Paste the [img] info into the edit box, and click save signature.

If you did that, then you should be fine.

wow....now i look like i did everythign you said to do ..and now i got at the end i am not permited to have a signature.....even after i donated money for my years membership....OMG....i hope thats just a mistake....LoL....

i did recieved some PM messages . i ahve been playing around wiht me settings so much lately that i might of click it where i was not gettign them ..But i have been gettgin them ..Please dont feel that you can not PM. me ...i am able to get PM. anytime. i just tryied to fix that so they should be able to come true now.

Ps- and i got my Signature to work now....I would like to thank everyone that help me out in this matter .... Thank you bery much . I am sure i will ahve other stuff and other questions i ahve one already but i will let this settle down a bit before i ask it... thank you again. everyone
