Still finding your way around the new Port Royal? We're here to help. Join us this weekend and tour the town with the Pirates Online GMs.

Join us this weekend - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, February 6, 7, and 8 from 11 AM - 2 PM Pacific Time for Port Royal Tours. We'll be roaming the oceans that begin with the letter B, meeting Pirates, and showing them the town. You'll hear stories about the people and places, plus get some insight on the changes and how the EITC may play a role. Join us for this role-playing event!

Is this a Lag test? Perhaps if they pass this one test they can add more and move on with the adding of things process... One can only hope...

We shall see......I think things are getting better and will continue to head in that direction....

Anyone see a GM yet?

I've been looking - but didn't see one...

Wasn't it suppose to have been like 3 1/2 hours ago.

Yea, I think so - but in watching the 'B' servers the 'ideal' was moving down the list a lot slower... so there might of been a chance to catch one.

I just saw two on Battassa, Rose Winsome, and Sandra Tew. Pretty set pattern and route showing the new places, such as governors garden, Royal Rooster etc.

No answers to much, especially my question on Spanish and French fighting all over New PR, or walking through walls and rocks, having any changes.

Only mention of any EITC is in rebuilding the Fort better.

Found Anne Lowe on Bimos server. Not much for chit-chat, brief tour. Loved seeing the GM boot someone doing instant desolation. No noticeable lag at all, but not a severe mob, either...only about a dozen pirates tagging along at a time.

P.S. At the wishing well, I wished to see the Kraken; someone else wished for a parrot. Ann said something to the effect that all the wishes sounded good and would probably be granted soon.

Cool well there arent alot of pirates because they never gave us times. Which may be smart.

I was able to go on several tours with different GM's yesterday. Sandra tew , Captain walter.
Anne Lowe , and Catherine Harcourt. Of those Captain Walter was the best , He was very chatty and answered several of my questions.

After my tour with Captain Walter , he also selected a few of us to Go out on his ship "the Magic' and we had a plunder run. He was great :) I want Captain Walter to be my valentine , lol . But unfourtuanatly ,even GM's get booted. he was disconnected in the middle of our plunder run.

Some of the answers I got from him were,
-- we can probably expect changes in Tortuga soon
--The kraken will probably soon make an appearence.
--There will be a valentine's day clothing quest.
--We should soon see more closet space soon

And another thing i noticed , there sure are alot of rude ,disrespectful pirates on this game.
I wish they had a way to mute all the rude , spamming , weapon using pirates that gather.

Awww not a valentines quest :( ill be sailing in the caribbean that day! (quite literally!)

Perhaps we'll be looking for buried treasure chest in Tormenta filled with a dozen BLACK ROSES.....lol

I just took the tour with GM Sally Avery. She was really cool and stuck to the tour content for the most part. She did make mention of a shipment of upgrades coming (wasn't very specific). I've attached some screen shots for your viewing pleasure.

Ok, when they listed 'B' servers - I took that to mean they would go through the list of all 'B' servers... and as each tour finished and they did a bit of chat they move to the next one on the list...

I stood on the 5th server for over an hour and a half... and only the first four servers were ever ideal (I did catch the end of a tour thanks to Edward :) ) - but they never showed up.

Whats up with that?!? They didn't say 'only the first 4 servers' they said 'B' servers...

I not impressed...

Thought it was strange that she mentioned the Kraken and having to be stronger when I simply asked it they were going to up Nort...so maybe that was taking out two birds with one grenade...

We were on one of the "B" servers, and there was a GM that BEGAN a tour, then randomly disappeared. We thought she might have gotten the boot... but she never showed up again. Hmph.

I don't remember which server I went to; I just clicked on a B that was Ideal. :)


Anyway, not sure if it was because it was one of the last (if not the last) tours, but it was really short (quick through town, to the "Perch", and ending at the shipwright - no mansion, even...).

I guess it's better than some of the other events, though, because at least I didn't get booted trying to attend... :tongue8:

Good one there Sarah :). I heard the same that Notoriety lvl Cap will be raised as well as stronger enemies coming. That was said on the guild chat by one of the member who was in one of the tours. Hope it comes soon.
