What's Going on at Kings Head?

Today, I went to KH along with 2 other guild members to aid one member in searching crates and barrels. It turned out to be quite an experience. Many of the crates and barrels on the lower levels of the fort were being guarded by Navy and Eitc that were glitched. They would attack the person searching, then enter a mode of full health and couldn't be killed. If one tried to search the same barrel or crate again...the navy or EITC dude would attack again. As soon as we began fighting...they glitched again. Made it impossible to search certain areas. Fortunately, there are enough barrels and crates in the fort that the quest was completed. But what's up with dat? We were on the Vachira server which at the time was very laggy. But this an event that really knocked the winds outta me sails. Has this happened to anyone else?
