The Dagger Quest
I am on the step of the dagger quest called Recover Message. The description says to "Recover a message to Governor Swann from a powerful Navy ship".
I have tried sinking all types of navy ships and simply can't seem to get this message to drop. Is anyone else having a problem with this quest? |
