Hijacked?

Wondering if anyone else has had their ship hijacked.
Maria took out the Red Hawk for plundering today, opened up to public to get biggest crew and give folks a chance for some cannon reps. After a few successful runs when I went in for repairs the system wouldn't let me. Didn't think anything of it at first just went back out on another ship. When we got back in I tried again to repair, no luck. Boarded my ship and found a person still on board, firing his cannon and AFK. I tried to take the wheel and couldn't, tried to get the ship sunk and couldn't, figured when he filled the hold he'd leave. 2hrs later, after reporting the person for rude behavior, I still can't get control of my ship.
Has anyone else been plagued by this "new" glitch?
