Is it really true?

Do all the pirates on POTCO turn to skeletons on Halloween? Jack Stormhawk told me that Maxmivs or some other person said we would. I would like an answer to the question at least before October 31rst, so I can at least get excited or anxious. Thank if you commented on this thread!
