Chat messed up since last nights crash

Ok so I go to log on again today and I cannot chat to speed chat friends using the plus sign. The box is missing for me to click to add the plus sign. I can still however chat to unlimited chat friends using numbers etc but my poor limited chat friends can't see any of my chat. Our other accounts that are linked do not have this problem.

Another thing is that my screen resolution is totally messed up now. I have tried every fullscreen resolution and no matter what I try, my pirate is short and stubby. Looks fine if I use Windows resolution screen and drag the window to fit the page though.

I called and all they could offer was for me to send in a bug report.

Any ideas?
