Other: Selecting the sail option allows him to generate your ship of choice to the dock, giving you the ability to sail

Options: Purchase, Upgrade, Repair, Overhaul, Sell, Bribe, and Exit
Other: He sells all the different kinds of ships to you which are available in the game

Other: He is a main part in the Fame Quest and also deals out three Fortune Quest
