There are scorpions in the "cave" on the extreme left hand side (if you arefacing the water) of the Port Royal beach. Also in the "cave" to the right of the gypsy lady and her wagon on Tortuga.

They are through a jungle entrance like the one that you meet Tia Dolma (SP?) through by the dock worker's pier. If you go a little farther left and behind the building you should see the entrance, keep on going through the little path and you should see the scorpians.
