Ocean populations limit decreased

Did you guys notice how there are so many top level Oceans that have "Full" status and red text over them?

I bet this was the temporary fix Disney had to give us because they could not solve the Ship Customization issue without working overtime.

So, they reduced the Ocean population limit from maybe like 800 players per Ocean to 300 per ocean.

That would explain why there are so many Oceans "Full" when we know for a fact the game isn't THAT popular during evenings and nights.

Either that, or it's just a server reference location bug :/.

Most likely, this reduced Ocean cap will be removed after they are able to patch up Ship Customization bugs that occur only during high server loads.

Seems like doing a solo on Darkhart or Isla Tormenta must be put on hold for now. Hope this won't last to long!
