I have to get back to Jeramiah Dedman, but I forgot where he is. I think he is on PDF, but I forgot where he is located there. The map isn't helping

Jeremiah can be found waiting on the beach of hardened rock near the main shipwright on Padres.

From the Padres main dock, head down the path to the right of the Ratskellar. When you get through that little passage, head towards the shipwright (Bollard.) However, run right past him, and follow along this beach as if you were running towards Fort Dundee. You'll end up passing right by him.
