Test Secrecy

Anyone else wonder why Test is Still Down Dont it seem that it wont open until the new pirates movie comes out Oo or Potco is loosing money again and are keeping us in the dark already the main game has lost some servers as of late and its verry highly unusual that Potco would keep the test server down for so long without reason or news im starting to feel like disney is playing with us on keeping the players up to date and dont care if we know anything and dont ya know they never put all the fixes in the release notes.
