gvhjbdfbhfdbufdvhbdfgh *points to title* anyway, i looked all over tortuga for the dumb personel effects, i even ran through the rats nest to get it, but all it say is "no quest items found" daggnabit, is it random? i havent looked in caves, is there a certain spot?
