Where would be the best place to find...
A famed or legendary weapon? Like El Patron's sword?
Cursed Caverns on Tormenta didn't give very good loot, and Darkhart dropped rare broadswords and cutlasses but no famed or legendary for me. Since Raven's Cove is home to El Patron's lost weapons, do you suppose the ghosts there would give good loot? (This is pretty much my first post BTW. Haha.)
