E-mail message to and from POTCO Staff

I sent this e-mail to the potco staff. I actually at the end of my initial email put

"I would Appreciate a caring typed out response that is not pretyped or scripted. Something that addresses the points I have listed without trying to brush me aside. Thank You."

Then decided not to and deleted that part.

I do not understand the removal of the coin flip emote. I know why it was removed, because of perceived misuses of it by naughty pirates. I understand this but to remove it does not make any sense to me.

Disney made things 100% easier for the naughty pirates by allowing
pirates to be able to go through/inside each other. That needs to be
changed back to the way it was.

If you are going to remove the coin flip emote then why stop there?
Remove the sword, doll,dagger,staff.. See what I mean? No matter what
potco decides to remove or do, it is not going to change anything. Those
naughty pirates are going to find another way to be naughty. Removing
coin flip emote does not do anything but punish the good pirates who
have nothing to do with the naughty pirates.

Most of this happens on Abassa Tortuga and Padres. Maybe have your
invisible GM pirates hang out there for a full day on the front of the
dock and see for themselves.

We appreciate your concern. The ‘coin flip’ emote has been removed from the Caribbean due to gameplay animation issues. However, there are still many emotes available for use in game.

For a list of all our currently active chat emotes, you can pull up the chat window in the lower left-hand corner of the screen in-game and click the ‘face’ icon.

How bland and uncaring of a response is that? I am tired and sick of potco staffs uncaring, pre-typed, scripted comments and responses.
