Summoning Staff Weapon Idea

What is says on the tin! A staff that summons various animals, weather and objects! There would be 3 different types of staff, the Beast Staff (animal-based), Storm Staff (weather-based) and the Luck Staff (object-based). The weapon quest would involve meeting with Tia Dalma and the general idea is spying on Jolly Roger! Tia Dalma casts a transformation spell on you to make you look like an undead and you have to board Jolly's ship (IDK how you get there) You unlock the weapon quest at 40 because the staff does high damage. Any additions I will be happy to accept
