Test Server Connection Problem.

I just recently got test server.
The very first time I loaded it I got a message saying: Could not connect to gameserver.test.piratesonline.com:7667. Try again?
I click "ok" and it loads and allows me to sign on.

But right now I am at the quest where I need to dig up a Tortuga artifact and it is not finding anything. I have tried several dig spots many different times.

I am using a wireless connection but I don't believe it to be the problem...can anyone help me out? I don't know what to do.
