EITC in the cave

anyone know where i can find the cave in tortuga that eitc hangs out in

Go into the suburb behind the gypsy go down hill into cave go deep into cave you will see navy gaurds outside a small fort type thing theres an EITC grunt outside and 2 inside.

The ones inside are normally round about lvl 20 so take some friends to kill them.

Try the grunts at Fort Charles, there's usually a lot of people ganging up on them.

Is the cave where I had to go to get the hanky the same place I haveto go to get the final arrest warrent?

If you need any ETIC soldier, you can always just board a ETIC Flag Ship, and kill one of the guys there
