Paypal Doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem. When I try to subscribe to the game and I choose paypal, after I logged into my account it says to add a creditcard

Now I checked my paypal account and I have enough funds To pay.

Did anyone experience the same problem and if yes, could anyone tell me what to do?
