PVP Glitch How?

I was in the game with a person and he was gonna show me the whole PVP skeleton glitch but I forgot I had the speed glitch on so I log out completely then back in and he said he g2g so I didn't get to do it with him. Can someone go in the game with me and show me how to do it? I am on now on Abassa Sever I'll be in Tortuga waiting around, just look for Nicholas LV 36 From Partners In Crime. Thanks!
