The Kraken to be released?

I was going through all the threads at Partners in Crime, and I found news suggesting something really different that confuses me. I believe that theyre stating that the kraken is not going to come. Although it seems it will, I have poundered on it for a while. so I came upon this thought. There is a possibility they are not releasing it. Though do not let your gaurd down. The reason I say this is because I remember when they had the founders feast going on I thought I could let my gaurd down. I was so wrong! I got blasted away by Jolly Roger at the founders feast.
