Invisible Navy in Fort Charles!

Today on the test site, I went to Ft Charles to do some leveling. Problem with that? Inside the fort, the navy & EITC showed on compass but were invisible to the eye. I wasn't alone facing this invisible enemy...because I heard others talk about it in open chat. So I decided to try the other server. I found one veteran in the office standing in his usual corner. When I threw a dagger at him...poof...he became invisible too. so I was left fighting an invisible veteran who was a higher level than my pirate. I reported this, as I know did a couple other pirates on site at the time. Very strange!
