Aye, they be doing maintenance. We can hope the lag will disappear, and seas 4, 5, and 6 will be back! All jammed into one sea this morning, made lag just awful. See you in the game!

Only the 7th sea was online the last few days, three if I'm not mistaken.
I'm really hoping they're fixing quests and lag.
