Weapons pictures?

Is there some reason the wiki doesn't have pictures of all the different weapons? Before I do another weapons quest, I'd like to see/be reminded what a particular weapon looks like. For example, I won't forget not to do the Coltello quest again. :-)

Does anyone have those pictures extracted from the phase files? Is it ok to use those pictures on the wiki? I would have to guess so, since there seems to be a handful of them there already...

If this can be done without much fuss, could one of the wiki-wizards please make it happen?

There in lies part of the problem. There is nothing 'simple' about it. We are doing the best we can. I think some think the wiki is just like posting, fill in a box click submit, but its alot more involved than that.

Personally my efforts to finish the actual quests I feel are more important than pictures of weapons, but it is a great idea.
Will keep it on the list of ToDos.

I can get these weapon pictures from the phase files, gonna have to wait till the afternoon so I can get to my computer with the phase files on it.

Be much nicer to have large pictures of the weapons, instead of just their icons, but I couldn't figure that out, in a timely manner.

Nice job ed, I just wanna know how you got those icons of the unreleased weapons.

From gui_weapon_icons_palette_4alla_1.jpg in phase 4 maps. Again, just the icons themselves aren't so great...getting larger full-weapon pictures would be better. Also, I'm not sure they are the level 6 items - they might already be in-game for enemies' use...hard to tell. The items I have in column 7 & 8 seem to be used to animate certain effects (e.g. flaming skull) or for crew icons or level-up icons.

Drat - I mixed up the witch doll with the one in the 7th column. I wonder where Tia doll appears?
