Elizabeth Love Heart is scurvy dog
I got my first level 40 last Saturday (the 23rd) on Elizabeth Love Heart. I have no clue how to do screen shots so DXD will be the best way to see.

All I have left to make her fully mastered is a few more Grenade levels and Cannons then she is not only level 40 but level 25 every thing.
