Selling Plunder
 

So can I sell the plunder I get from sinking EITC ships? If so, where do I sell it?

Just dock your ship
 

When you dock the plunder is automatically calculated and added to your totals.

When you sail back to a port (or sometimes even just close to the edge of an island) an icon will appear that says "Dock & End Adventure" you have to press TAB and then click this button with your mouse.

You must still be at the wheel of your ship. If you accidentally press ESC after pulling into port, grab ahold of the wheel again and the button will reappear.

Not all of the plunder is sold - some special items -like "Relic", are added to your collection of "Valuables & Odds and Ends"
