Partners N Crime Ranks, Requirements, and Expectations

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Recruit: Somebody who wishes to be a full time member of the guild, will be watched over by the Circle of Trust to see if they fit with the guild.

Member: A member shall remain at member status, until they are recognized by Offcers, Co-GMs, and GM for outstanding actions and services towards the guild. A member has basic powers in the guild, i.e. power to participate in guild discussion, discussion during guild meetings, etc.

Members, and guild members of all ranks, are expected to uphold all of the guild rules. Breaking more than 2 of the rules within a 48 hour period will put said member into the consideration of being ejected/being put on probation, and shall be discussed among the higher ranking officals of the guild. If a member is put on probation, they will be closely monitored by the Officers/Co-GMs/GM for a time period of one week. If a pattern of rule breaking continues, that member shall be ejected from the guild. This goes the same for all members of the guild, regardless of position. After a member is ejected, regardless of their previous position, they will not be ever admitted back into the guild, unless there is a change in the decision made by the Co-GMs, and the GM.

Veteran: A Veteran is a member within the guild who has shown the prospective qualities for being promoted to an Officer. Veterans are responsible for recruiting new members, but MUST be under the consent of an Officer, Senior Officer, Co-Guildmaster, or Guildmaster before doing so. Veterans are also responsible for watching over the members, and reporting anything that may be wrong to a higher ranking official within the guild.

Officer: An Officer is a rank which is above your average member. An Officer has all the basic powers of a member, as well as the power to recruit members, with the consent of a higher ranking offical. An Officer is NOT allowed to eject a member, unless they are given permission by a Co-GM, or the GM. An Officer is expected to remain active in the guild, as well as help out whenever possible. Of course, they are also expected to uphold all the rules of the guild. If they do not uphold the "2-rule Rule," they may be considered for demotion.

Senior Officer: A Senior Officer is an Officer whom has been a long standing member of the guild, who has shown true strength and leadership skills. A Senior Officer is basically the same as an Officer, only they are given alittle more responsibility/power in the guild.

Party Officer: The Party Officer is the officer of the guild, whom is given the responsibility of creating events/parties for the guild. Inorder to qualify for the Party Officer position, you must......

--Be an active member of the guild, both in-game, and here on the site.
--You must be a frequent follower of the rules, and cannot have been on probation more than once in your entire time with the guild.
--You must be prepared to come up with a new event at least once every month.

Co-Guildmaster: Co-Guildmaster is the highest ranking position that a member can hold. A Co-GM is somebody who has been with the guild for an extensive amount of time, and has shown great leadership, and support of the guild. A Co-GM must be a frequent follower of the guild, must not have been on probation once/has never been ejected once, and is expected to not only follow all of the rules, but to enforce them. A Co-GM is the one who takes my place when I am away, and therefore, what they say, goes. The Co-GMs have the power to eject members, as well as give permission for others to eject others, as long as they have some sort of evidence to prove their case.

The Circle of Trust: A circle made up on the most trusted members of the guild, and the Guildmaster. They are the body of officals which handle the most important issues/topics of the guild.

Guildmaster: The Guildmaster of the guild is the Head of the guild, overseeing all guild functions and aspects. The Guildmaster holds many numerous responsibilities, among them, keeping members inline, hosting or co-hosting guild events, promoting, demoting, or ejecting members, keeping peace with other guilds/pirates outside of the guild, and, in general, governing the guild fairly, and keeping it in unity. The Guildmaster also reserves the right to torture pirates when he pleases.

Current Co-Guildmasters:
Buck Bankok
Elizabeth McMorgan
Crestshot

Direct quote from the PNC General Rules and Qualifications:

Quote:

... We promote members to Officers and Officers to Co-Guildmasters once we see that you have a good record of participation in PNC by helping others, abiding by the Guild rules and being an active player. As a Guild, we are very careful about who we promote, since we've had rouge Officers in the past....
The same applies for promotions from Recruit to Member, as well :)

Please be aware that as of today, being logged in to Xfire, Steam, or other means of online communication without being ingame will be counted as inactivity, and be held against you. This is to ensure that all of our guild doesn't begin to drift completely out of game.

One question- How does one become the rank of Member? Will someone announce it? Nice job on the thread, too.
