What is the level do you have to be to make growing grog? Thanks.

Potion Level 16 is the level you unlock the "Growin' Grog".

Man i hate potions! their i time waste of time to me and their hard for me to master.... When i saw it on test server for the first time i was like "oh thats beast: then we i played the mini game... wow.
