Rules:
1. No Maximum number of gunners, but must have at least 2 & must be on the roster.

2. War Sloops & War Frigates are the only ships allowed. Other ship types cannot be prevented from launching, but their score/bounty will not be counted. The score/bounty you receive from sinking other ship types will still be counted.

3. Any person participating must be on the roster for the event. If a shipmate is late to the event or cannot attend, a substitute may be appointed. The substitutes must also be placed on the roster prior to the beginning of the event.

4. Once the event has begun, all ships must be fully closed to guild and public. Make sure that all crew mates are on the captains friends list/crew for re-boarding purposes.

5. If you do not stay in the water during the whole event, your score will not be tallied. A screen shot of the standings is taken at the end of the event and this will be the final say on scores. No exceptions.

6. Captains: It is your responsibility to make sure that your crew knows and understands the rules of this event. Captains and crew will be held accountable for any violations of these rules.

7. All ships must stay within the ring of islands. if any ship may venture out of the arena they will be disqualified.

8.Please Avoid: Any Offensive Talk, All Glitch/Bug/Cheats to gain an advantage, or the following will take place below.

9. No form of cheating will be tolerated. Ships will be held responsible for any rules that are broken- No excuses; your ship will be disqualified.

Remember: There will most likely always be pirates trying to crash the party and ruin the fun. If there are non registered ships out while the event is in play, those participating will have to deal with it and resume playing.

The event will be timed - One hour.
This is not a battle of guilds, but a skill competition between individual teams and players.
Captains: This is a great way to showcase your skills and put your ship's name on the map.
Gunners: This is a great way to showcase your skills and become one of the most feared gunners to ever SvS.
Teams: This is a great way to work together and show that you can be the best in the game all while practicing good sportsmanship.

Winners will be declared at the end of the competition.
Winners will also be posted on this forum for everyone to see.

SATURDAY 8/13/11 at 7-Pm Eastern Standard Time on the _________ server. CAPTAINS: please arrive 15min prior to the event to make sure nobody is currently privateering on the server.(French Island )

Date/Time/Location will be updated in the near future here on the forums. IF you have any question regarding the event rules, or SvS overall, Comment Below or PM me. IF SOMEONE IS BREAKING THE RULES 7-9 PLEASE TELL ONE OF US DURING THE EVENT SO WE CAN HANDLE IT QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY.

The main point is to have fun then after that comes winning. So please do not get upset if you did not come out where you thought you would be.
